They may have more experience with certain perspectives and roles that they wouldn't have gotten just from hetero/homp dating, but that doesn't necessarily translate to being a better partner.

Bi woman in a relationship with a bi man here. It definitely works A LOT better for both of us as compared to when we’ve dated heterosexual people. I don’t think it’s because we’re objectively ‘better partners’ but that we’re just compatible. I’ve dated another bisexual man and he was the fucking worst.

Nah. I've got a betabux body so a girl being "bisexual" just means a wider range of people she finds more attractive than me. Almost every bisexual girl I've ever seen comment on the topic has said that they find women more physically attractive and would be dtf pretty much any average or above woman they see, whereas men have to "earn" the personality based pseudoattraction that basically defines women dating outside the top 10%.

Most guys have an emotional blindspot where girl on girl doesn't feel like cheating but I don't. Bisexuality is just a massive red flag.

You're assuming that all bisexuals have been with both same- and opposite-sex partners. Many haven't and having committed relationships with both is rare. Being bi might affect what you're interested in a bit (for example being into gender-atypical characteristics more), but that's about it. I didn't gain any empathy for men from being bi (in fact I probably lost some considering how men tend to fetishise us), I learned it from interacting with men in my life.

I have never dated a bisexual, but I imagine the primary downside is they would have twice as much temptation to cheat or branch swing. When your pool of partners is 99% as opposed to 50%, that's quite a lot more temptation.

70% of the guys I’ve dated have been straight, and as a bi girl, and they all seem to have some level of toxic masculinity where they reject the idea of having an “feminine” qualities like being sensitive or expressing their emotions or even crying, likely due to a society that rejects men for having any personality traits that are more common amongst women. I understand why it happens and don’t truly blame them but it can get a bit much at times. I’ve seen that a lot less in bi men because they’re already breaking that norm by being attracted to other men.

(Plus, it’s nice to be able to say CHRIS Evans is hot and having him agree versus acting like considering another man good-looking is a crime)

In my experience, some people think that bisexual women make better partners because they think that they can treat their bi-partner as a "bro", that they're highly sexual and up for anything, that they're low-demanding and there's no need for making any more commitments then just the basic "we're dating".

And this is fucking false and part of the reason why a lot of bi-women only want to date men if they're bisexual.

I'm pansexual but couldn't say whether that makes me a better partner than anyone else.

My personal experience is that bi/pan men would be more likely to have traits that do matter to me in a relationship, though obviously it isn't guaranteed. I don't think any of them have to do with their experiences dating members of the same sex, though.

It’s going to be all situational just like every individual. I believe it can give a person a better understanding which can result in heightened empathy but there are some people who just don’t care about others, regardless of their sexual orientation. Aswell as some people are just not at good at reading others or picking up on signs even if they pursue both genders. Some people just have trouble with empathy or don’t experience it on the same scale. There’s many factors that go into both sides

I had a FWB thing with a bisexual woman when I was in my early twenties that developed into some weird open relationship where both of us were allowed to sleep around with women only. We ended up sleeping regularly with one of her bi friends but she got paranoid and jealous about the relationship her friend and I had (she was a really nice girl actually) and broke up with both of us.

Then I started dating/banging her friend so kind of she was right at the end. I broke up with that girl two years after for unrelated reassons.

So I dated two bi women. Both were kind and nice (and hot), one was fucked up in the head and the other was normal.

In my experience, 50/50.

I prefer dating other bisexuals because they don't tend to suffer from the same degree of gender role bullshit as straight people. Having sex with someone of your own gender removes the ability to rely on gender norms and roles, and that's liberating.

Not at all. Having both sexes on the menu doesn't mean anything except more people to move on to. Other than that, I don't see any valid reason that would make them better partners than anyone else.
