Male, just turned 22, single, devout Christian. Unabashedly redpilled (kind of goes with being a Christian). My favorite thing about PPD is just seeing the different opinions here and the extremes of degeneracy that some posters state with presumably a straight face. It's kind of weird, because I've been approached by a few girls before, and as a young guy with a lot of testosterone it's really hard to resist with how girls can be these days (one girl gave me her number and when we hung out once I remember her bragging about being able to measure penises with her mouth and that she could do it for me), but for better or for worse I've adopted a marriage-only stance. I don't have a favorite poster, but it's disheartening that from what I've seen the only posters who allow Christ to have at least somewhat of a say in how they conduct themselves romantically have only been women. Society seems to encourage young men to grab what they can get.

Oh well, to an extent I just like seeing shit-throwing contests too so there's that. And there is no shortage of that in some of the threads here.

So while I've posted a bit during purge.. Here we go.

I'm 24 years old dude.

I'd say I'm purple? Not quite sure. Shades of red in there for sure. PPD certainly learned me a lot of things, and I really like this sub over ones like rp or fds, which are just echo chamber full of hatred at this point.

Of course, there's disgust for the other sex when you learn first how it works (and about every women is STILL trying to shove down my throat bluepill fairytale), but I wanted something that give me results, and my conclusion is that it's not productive to internalize bitterness against an entire gender if your goal is to get with them. Motto is that I'm kind, not nice. Which admittedly, will disgust the most bitter people over here. That being said, I'm not done, but pretty close to have killed any innate sympathy to women because they are women. That shit is not suitable for this society.

I'm single as of now. Sad thing is, it often starts with a hookup, which doesn't really happen anymore because the pandemic, and that I don't do anymore online because talking online to a girl is about the worse cost/reward analysis can be for a guy, and most importantly I need to feel chemistry to sleep with someone. Also I take more pride on having repeat customers than a high count number, so I don't know what people are on about that here.

But thing is, after said hookup, either we don't see each other, or do, either is fine, until the relationship comes question come to the table, and it's quite sad most can't answer what tastes we have in common and what can we do together beside being... Together. Before you ask, girls I'd ask out in other settings, as in more regular don't find me exciting enough, so there's that. I could adapt to that, but really I don't feel like being a monkey and dealing with the set of problems it comes with in the long run.

21M. Don't really care much about what pill color I am (guess you can just say I'm purple pill). Single but I'm pretty content with it for the time being. I just like reading long walls of text while in public transit but the pandemic has reduced the amount of times I've had to go somewhere dramatically (I've only been on a bus a handful of times since April 2020) so I've been unable to actually do that. I kinda just skim the front page to see if there's anything interesting to read every so often.

23F. Don't take pills, I'm just here to observe what people who has taken these pills are like and what they think. Currently single cause I had to break up with a guy who valued his career over making time for me, so I got curious about relationship dynamics and came here to read the pill debates about it all. I've found it especially fascinating how some guys here think they have to be physically attractive to get sex and a LTR when it seems to be pretty common knowledge that women don't value physical attractiveness as much as men, which should really be good news for those men with low confidence who feel insecure about their lack of physical attractiveness, although for some reason it doesn't? As a woman I can confirm that physical attractiveness isn't everything, nor is a man financial status. The man I broke up with wasn't conventionally attractive at all, but we connected mentally and emotionally through conversations. He was also incredibly financially successful, had a demanding chief job that consumed his life so much that I eventually had to break up with him cause he had no time left to spend on me.

With that said, I just wish men knew that they don't have to be physically attractive to be with a physically attractive woman. I also wish men knew that having a high paying fancy job, when it hogs all their available time also isn't attractive. For some women like me, money isn't everything and neither is looks. What's attractive is a man that can connect with me through talking about a lot of interesting topics, a man who can afford to pay his living, but isn't obsessed with his work or career. A man who takes care of himself and is hygienic but isn't hyper obsessed about how he looks or carries himself. In fact men who obviously cares a lot about their image can be incredibly unnattractive to me as it sometimes can come off as arrogant. Not every woman is looking for a provider or a man to take care of her kids. Some women just want to share the journey that life is with someone like minded without having kids so they don't need to be provided for, cause some women are perfectly content providing financially for themselves, some women are perfectly content being childfree. Not everything is red pilled and not everything is blue pilled. I suppose the dating world is more shades of purple than anything.

Something else I've come to learn that id like to share with the pill community now that I'm introducing myself is, men who put all their time into career and work can't expect a woman to want to be in an exclusive relationship with them long term if they can't provide them their time. No woman who values herself is gonna be with a man who always value his work and making money over making time for her. Men like this can expect to attract golddiggers due to the fact that they can't provide time, only money. My ex was bitter about his own ex for being a golddigger when in hindsight it turns out he likely couldn't offer her anything but money as he likely mostly offered all his time to work. At least that's the conclusion I came to. At a point, i realized all my ex could offer me was money, which I wasn't interested in. I was interested in his time and he wasn't willing to sacrifice his time spent on work to be with me, so I was left with no choice but to break up.

Some guys think that if only they have the right job, financial status and money, that that can save them in the dating game if they're not physically attractive, and I'm here to tell you that isn't necessarily true, at least not if you want a real woman who isn't just with you for your money. What matter in the dating game, at least to me personally, is that you're an interesting person, good at communicating and willing to spend time on me.

Favorite part of PPD: just all the insights into relationship psychology really. Don't have a favorite user.

I started coming here probably about five or six years ago, mostly because, as a resident of hyper-woke Silicon Valley, I needed a break from being expected to check my privilege on a daily basis and at the time, the RPers were doing a pretty good job of refuting/arguing BP talking points. It was something I needed to hear.
Today? Old habits die hard, I guess. It's interesting to hear people talking about how much dating has changed since I wound up back on the market and how it varies by age group. It also makes me feel a bit better about myself 'cause some of y'all need help. lol
Favorite poster? Meh. The bulk of them have been banned, although I suppose I have a soft spot for atlas. No filter + hard truths always makes for a fun read.

I just posted a comment so maybe I’m not a lurker now but...

23f single, I would consider myself redpill, but not in the sense of rigidly following any ideology put forth by the subreddits— any of them. I do enjoy Rollo and other people from the manoshpere’s work, but only call myself red-pilled in the sense that a lot of the core axioms are clearly true: There’s a difference between men and women and the way we naturally relate to each other is heavily obscured by current popular narrative.

I check PPD because I’m exceptionally interested in gender and dating dynamics.

Ironically, as I’ve been dating more in my personal life I’m happy to report I’ve found a lot of the cynicism from different camps here to be mostly unwarranted. Approaching dating with curiosity, no expectations, and giving people the benefit of the doubt has worked well for me. Maybe it’s because I’m attractive and don’t hate men, though.

What I like about ppd is basically confirming that the red pill was right. I read about it in circa 2007 when I was a teenager. got girls and laid back in high school ( much easier then than now from what I gather from news articles ).

Don’t really have a favourite poster. The guys who aren’t successful post off putting/ strange content. Successful guys post about having a high N count and how easy things are.

Whenever I see a girl post, I tend to ignore it almost 100%. The amount of lying and gaslighting they post and sabotage the genuinely good guys makes me sad.

Raised BP, became dark red after going from a nerd to a Chad in my late teens/early 20s. Lighter red at this point in my life. Normies would call me a misogynist but I'm probably middle of the pack in the PPD world.

My favorite thing about PPD is the freedom the mods give (mostly) for harsh truths to be dispatched by both sides. In general, I find the topics of gender dynamics, dating, and sexuality to be fascinating and the types of debates on here rarely if ever happen in meat space. I definitely vibe with the apocalyptic, dystopian worldview a lot of the posters espouse. Also serves to remind me that I am extremely happy not to be in the dating game as it looks like a horrendous experience in 2021 (for both genders, but men in particular).

Posters I've enjoyed reading: marriage_is_hell and mgtow_kapow were by far the the most hilarious....will throw Atlas in as well she is great! Also really enjoy reading Barely-Moral, NockerJoe, CainPrice, and cxj (latter two don't seem to post much anymore).

Purple pill, slowly transitioning from blue to red which parallels a larger transition of mine from an idealized, religiously moralizing and absolutistic worldview to an existentialist relativist view of things with cynical nihilistic tendencies at times (compare with black pill).

Favourite thing about PPD is hearing a plethora of different opinions about sexuality related topics with arguments driven by statistical analyses, anecdotal stories and philosophical/political doctrines alike. Even if I don't agree with someone's claim, I enjoy reading it argued and defended competently from their respective standpoint. Precisely that's why I won't single out any particular contributor, the discourse between everyone is most valuable to me.

I like lurking here as well as other subreddits to read more about how both genders view each other and the differing perspectives we have. One thing I learned being here is that both genders tend to be self-serving and tend to only consider things that come from their side.

As for favorite user, it is hard to say. Probably someone like /u/NICHIJOU2411 because I like the show.

PPD is fun to read, don't get much interaction with people about dating/relationship stuff IRL outside of nagging family about why I'm not dating (even though it's more like I'm unable to get a date).

Wanted to understand what is going on with relationships nowadays and see other sides of arguments, but seems like there is a lot of gaslighting and also unintentional miscommunication on both red/blue sides. Honestly this subreddit pushes me to come to terms with being a permavirgin and thinking that life without love/relationships isn't so bad after all.

I try not to pay attention to specific posters, but LilithOfBabylon is probably the only poster that I know by name because her posts are something special or unintentionally hilarious.

My favorite things about PPD are the posts with linked articles about gender issues and CMV flair topic discussions/debates, even if several of those things don't affect me personally.

Overall, I lurk because most of the time I just have nothing much to add to the discussion topic, so I treat browsing PPD more as reading a newspaper of sorts. I don't really have a favorite poster there either, although a few users do stand out more.
