I asked my boyfriend this question over breakfast and he said “Giving a woman the princess treatment means that I sell her in order to ensure peace and stability with another kingdom.”

God, I love him so much. 😂🤣. Our minds are so alike that we both took it literally and made a joke out of it.

Then we got serious and he said that he enjoys pampering me and spoiling me on occasion because I am so appreciative of it and because I reciprocate by pampering and spoiling him.

We both came out of multi-decade unhappy marriages within the last couple of years. We didn’t ever expect to have what we have together, so neither of us takes anything for granted.

He treats me with kindness, love, and care, and I worship the ground he walks on.

They feel entitled to special treatments, to being spoiled, to being specially cared and considered, to have everything handled on a silver plate, and basically without having to do any effort or return because they have a vagina.

Many girls are raised as little princesses, and some never get out of that phase.

"Princess treatment" could mean a lot of things:

"better than my ex did" treatment
the way her parents treat her if they treat her well
the way they see guys on social media doing special things for their girlfriends
a relationship where she has more power than the other person
a dynamic where she is the one being "chased" more

Personally, I don't think "princess treatment" is code for wanting to be treated like a human being. Unless that human being is a princess lol.

I may be mistaken, but I generally get the vibe from "princess treatment" influencers that it's actually a sex thing, with the princess playing the submissive in a dom/sub dynamic, which is fine if that's what gets your motor running, but I think a normal woman expecting to receive the princess treatment while not proving sexual services is the same as dudes expecting to be waited on hand foot by a woman because they see male influencers receive the same in what is also obviously a sexual roleplay thing.

I don't drive (except for fun), I go to galas, I use services like Instacart so I can avoid the public, I do get jewelry regularly, I don't make big decisions alone, and I do my best to ensure my villagers are taken care of.

It's about how entitled some women are while claiming to "want to be treated like a human". To even squeak and people come running to protect them from any discomfort while men are expected to deal with it.

I've seen so many cases of women changing laws because something men did made them mildly uncomfortable, I've seen company rules where only women blatantly violated them and had no recourse but men would've been at least written up. I've heard women talk over men and yell "No you're not talking over me" while they're simply trying to get into the conversation at all.

I went to my own aunt's home for dinner only to have her fed crab with butter and the rest of us got buttered spaghetti, she's also a feminist who wants to "just be treated like a human". That said she's not going to have the same sentencing I would for the same crime.

Don't even get me started on dating and relationships.

Men should plan and pay for dates regularly, men should give gifts, flowers, money for beauty things ect.

A lot of men don't do that because they either have no money, or they are selfish. Insecure women/pick me women date these men. Because they think they are getting somewhere with the "I don't need gifts" "I don't need a dinner date" you are my king and I love you for nothing while I pay half the bills cook and clean and you spend all your extra money on gaming stuff or drinks with the boys.

Honestly its sad women are with these types of guys because they feel they don't deserve anything better.
