It sounds like you've got a great goal in mind, but another suggestion is that instead of focusing on your SMV, focus on YOU instead. What I mean here is do everything that helps you accomplish your personal and professional goals, eat as clean as you can, and most importantly, do all the shit that makes you happy. Your SMV will increase as a natural byproduct of those activities, and when you feel like you're back on your feet, you'll be back at it and spinning plates like a G.

Abundance man, might sound easier said than done, but you've been there before and you'll be there again. Get back to it as soon as you can.
