They might as well just admit they don't think a women can ever be responsible and should be considered weak and in need of constant oversight whenever they have the slightest bit of alcohol. Better yet, let's do prohibition again, that'll make everything just dandy.

This young woman´s claim sounds like a HUGE crock of shit. Sounds like a couple horny kids being stupid in public. It sounds like the young woman felt embarrassed when the video came out and is now more than willing to destroy this young man´s life because it´s more convenient for her. This sounds exactly to me like one of the stories from the 1920´s South where a girl was having voluntary sexual relations with a Black man until they got caught, at which point she cried rape and let him hang just to save herself from potential minor repercussions.

It sounds like society was immediately ready to sacrifice this boy on the altar of misandry and white knightism. At least with the Slane Girl, the girl who gave oral sex in public to males at a concert, the early media coverage and comments were more mixed. But, that girl too, rather than dealing with the consequences of her actions, chose to claim sexual assault once the video made its rounds.

How disgusting that we live in a society that encourages women to destroy men´s lives rather than be faced with what amount to nothing more than minor consequences. It´s not like they got caught robbing a bank together and she´s selling him out to avoid years in jail. The two of them were barely even doing anyting illegal (public indecency, lewd acts...both given easy plea deals and expungements because they´re just goofy college kids).

But, now, she is ready to DESTROY his life. She is ready to destroy his life and the bloodthirsty pubilc, with feminists and white knights yammering the loudest, are encouraging her every step of the way. They want this young man´s head.

P.S. No, I cannot say for sure, at this point, exactly what happened in this exact case, only what it looks like. But, it doesn´t matter. The points I made about misandry, sacrificing males, and angry mob justice stand.

P.P.S. I know there was a post submitted to this sub not that long ago about a man that was sexually assaulted by two women (orally) while completely passed out on a bench. If I remember the story correctly, he went to the police about it and they chose not to pursue any charges. I hope someone can dig up that post.

The saving grace is that with the amount of evidence, footage and witnesses on hand, this is likely not going to go anywhere. It'll probably get ignored, which means that the girl making (it seems) false rape accusations will go ignored as well which isn't necessarily right, but I'm much less inclined to get pissed off as long as nothing happens to the guy either.

The university’s definition of consent states that consent cannot be obtained from someone who is “asleep or otherwise mentally or physically incapacitated, whether due to alcohol, drugs or some other condition.”

If you kill someone while drunk you have to take responsibility. If you cause property damage while drunk you have to take responsibility. If you get someone or become pregnant while drunk you have to take responsibility. If you commit any crime at all while drunk you have to take responsibility. But if you say "yes" while drunk you don't have to take responsibility? Horse shit.

I am a student at OU. I was talking to the local news about this but didn't realize this happened. This guy is totally fucked because of the whores of court street. For those of you that don't know OU was known as the #1 party school in the US. There are 30 bars in town and lots of undergrad drinking. I keep as far away from these girls as possible.
