So my son was invited by his ex girlfriend to go to the park on Saturday... Alone. They were there about 30 minutes and her mom picked her up and he walked her to the car and she left and everything was fine. Then last two cops showed up at the door saying that she had called and made a report that he groped her and the parents are pressing charges. He told them his story and showed up to school today and the cops were waiting for him with a warrant. They took him to the juvenile detention center and are charging him for indecency with a child. No matter what we do they are going through with it and are not even investigating or looking into it. It's crazy and I don't even know what to do. He has to spend the night there and see the judge tomorrow to see if he has to stay or not
