Do you want to know if kids are yours? Would you tell kids? A very hard situation as you are essentially seen as "dad" and I think in most countries you would still have to pay child support even if not yours . Fuck your ex as most seem to lash out when found out to be cheating scum. If she is stay at home mum I would still fight 50/50 custody so you see kids. I suspect if she isn't working you will have to divide all assets 50/50 or 60/40 in her favour. If she gets full custody, it means more money from you and her turning kids against you - don't let her restrict any access to kids and keep active in their lives - dont set any precedents. Sorry mate, one big legal fight and I suspect you also have to pay ex legal fees if she isn't working.

In case you're not aware of it, I highly recommend the book:

FYI - I am not diagnosing your wife with a personality disorder, but just a few things you mentioned reeks of the possibility she might have those traits. Regardless, the reality is, she is definitely a high-conflict individual that has to be treated differently in a divorce compared to someone who is capable of being rational.

With that said, I also recommend the book:

Will I ever be free of you? How to navigate a high conflict divorce with a narcissist and free your family by Karyl Mcbride Phd

When you converse with these individuals, it has to be done in a way that doesn't illicit additional hostility. Check out the podcast:

Its All Your Fault - High Conflict People and/or info on communication using E.A.R statements or Empathy, Attention, and Respect.

When I started using all of these approaches and communication techniques, the overall conflict from my stbexw was lowered, and the overall stress decreased as well.
