Redpillers often say that the blue pill has lied to them about the world. But I feel most people figured out at around high school that real life isn't like the fairy tales we tell children. I feel what the red pill really is, is just autists pretending to have some secrete knowledge about the world that most others subconsciously or consciously understood since they were 16.

In our modern era, women for example have be infested with advertisement and cultural messaging since they were young, and have always been trying to be skinny, young and beautiful. The rates of self harm, eating disorders and body dysmorphia in teen/young women is as high as it has even been. The whole ''fat acceptance movement'' is just a online ragebait niche. Teen boys have always been obsessed with being muscular, being big and strong; becoming athletes. Men have always idealised stoic or hypermasculine characters; from Sean Connery's bond, Rocky, Cillian murphy to even sanitised Hollywood characters like the rock etc etc. Men since the beginning of capitalism have always been furthering their careers, trying to make more money etc etc...

The 'blue pill'' is really only an ideology that exists in some 2010s movies made by nerds or on reddit regurgitated by fat 30 somethings.
