I'm very interested to see this in use. This will dry up some (most?) passion, but it's the world we live in. If we have to have non-spontaneous, transactional sex, let's cover our bases with a paper trail of consent.

Additions thst should be added: "I'm bringing a condom. Y/N" and "I have, to the best of my knowledge, disclosed all know STI's."

Oh this is hilarious. I'm actually glad this has been made, and hope all guys use it to help protect themselves from false rape accusations. this still won't legally protect anybody because you can claim that you were intoxicated or under duress when you used the app to affirm consent. and that could actually happen, too. a rapist could threaten a girl to sign in to the app.

hell, apps or contracts for consent like this might make rape easier to get away with because actual rapists could force their victims to sign over consent. if you save your password on your phone and you pass out drunk or get roofied, your rapist just has to sign into your smartphone and sign away your consent. this is a terrible idea.

I once spent a summer in the French countryside on a research trip that was half Americans, half French.
