So it turns out as of 2018, obesity rates have hit an all time high in the US with 40% of adults falling in the obese category. According to this graph that rate is also increasing as time goes on.

To clarify, obese is a category in which your body mass index is 30 or higher, so a 5'5" woman weighing 190 pounds would be at a BMI of 31.9

How does this effect the SMP? How does having the average person be at least overweight if not obese effect the options men and women have? Will things get worse for men or for women?

Bonus: Will increasing obesity rates create a more sexless country, where few people are interested in sex due to being obese?
