I dont like sounding mean but this man is really old and unnattractive. I can't believe he thinks a woman is willing to pay 250$ rent to be friends with benefits with that old guy. It’s a Craigslist post. It’s basically an ad soliciting for a sex worker / prostitute or a non pro desperate enough for money willing to risk her safety as well.
CL took away their personals section where this type of stuff would be all the time in every category. Now you come across these posts in other sections. Especially housing and domestic ‘service’ gigs. I had an ad up looking for housing in the rental section, and some of those replies were InSANE. Just flag the post as inappropriate it will get removed.
Craigslist and backpage were notorious for sex workers AND human trafficking.
