LOL I told something like this to my mom recently, at every opportunity she wants me to find a man to marry, and somehow it ended up with a question kinda like this, and I said I know 100% what I, as a woman, can offer. I am clean, I am organized, I am mindful, I can cook (I don't like it, but I can do it), I eat healthy, I have daily routines of skincare for my whole body, etc. etc. etc. that's on top of working a full time job.

What do men have to offer, besides money? Which I already make? This is what gets me. Men get all uppity, demanding, and act like your superior when truthfully, the woman is the one carrying the relationship and maintaining the household. And now she also pays for at least half of that, if not the whole amount.

Yes, the whole "what do you bring to the table" crap from men of any race is shitty, and I walk away from any man who speaks to me like that. It's rude, and every time a man utters that, it's because he's a golddigger trying to see what he can get from you, because he doesn't have shit to offer. He wants to leech off a woman.

As an aside, I'm not sure where she is getting her statistics, but according to the the U.S. Department of Labor, black women make less on the average than black men, whites of any gender, and asians of any gender. As with any race or gender, increase in educational level and increase in income are positively correlated. Date educated men, not dusties, and they are likely to out-earn you and won't be leeching off of you.

Reddit guys are convinced FDS advocates being broke and having traits of being low value but still demanding high value men. This happens because they have such toxic ideas about women as a whole that we are all assumed to be broke, struggling and low value in various ways.

They also have zero comprehension that the dating strategy and level up strategy are separate. We say we bring things to the table, or some say they are the table.. because they are. We're talking about educated women with good jobs, or women who started their own businesses and worked from the ground up even without formal education, beautiful women, intelligent women. But of course the manosphere will assume FDS women are just broke "gold diggers". Wouldn't occur to them that a successful woman would want to date another successful man. Wouldn't occur to them that guys who don't want to pay for dates are either broke or dating 5 other women. It's a VETTING STRATEGY and it works.

As if we wouldn't think we have to level up or be high value. The world would fucking eat us up if we didn't. Being financially dependent on a man puts you at risk and FDS is vocal about that. The dating strategies are not MARRIAGE DYNAMICS instructions. FDS marriage is a separate topic to dating.

Women here say "I am the table" because they're tired of having to justify it and list their amazing qualities as if it's a job interview, for some guy who's barely even employed and lives in someone's basement. It always gets me how the people with the least privilege turns out to completely slam dunk other groups of people in terms of hard work and success once they get a crumb of opportunity. It says a lot about how hard some people work under lethal pressure all the time wjile being gaslit. Suddenly you make an application or an exam anonymous, or you allow all kinds of people to enter a specific role, and wouldn't you know - women, and black women in particular apparently, starts dominating.

This is why i automatically respect people more if they seem like a low privilege kind of person. It's probably not a good mindset but it keeps getting proved and i have yet to regret this bias.

Also a weird thing i noticed is how black women tend to be wildly good with their make-up and clothes. The sad detail is how they probably feel like they have to do better to pass as respectable in a white culture, but the good part is it's direct proof that high effort pays.
