There are obviously core feminist messages - focus on your education and career, don't submit to men, don't prioritize their pleasure, don't let them exploit you for household chores, etc. But these are pretty much a given and taught to women from early childhood in more progressive countries ( this does not cover at least most of the US). The rest would be seen as absolutely backwards and reactionary philosophy

Actual radical feminist and emancipated, educated women in general in relatively more egalitarian societies would just fail to comprehend how FDS manages to combine its borderline gender separatist ideology with obsession with marriages and wedding rings, slutshaming, transphobia, enforcing monogamy and advocating for passive role in dating for women. Flowers? Let the man pay for the date? Nordic feminists will be lolling. Assuming thank kinks and polyamory are something only men enjoy and impose on women? Berlin's nightclubs would beg to differ. Don't date and marry significantly younger men? Try telling that to Brigitte Macron. Even Latin American women would not understand why lusting for men is something to be ashamed for. And even in more patriarchal Post-Soviet/Socialist countries feminists will scoff at the suggestion that women should abstain from casual sex/dating due to safety reasons and will see it as just another way of controlling women's sexuality and blaming them for violence against them.

In fact, in Western Europe most of what FDS advocates are values associated with women coming from more "patriarchal" societies- Russia, Balkans, Middle East, etc. Local feminists either look down on these women in really racist ways, or just accept them in hopes to further emancipate them later. This is exactly how FDS adepts would be - and maybe already are - seen in many countries outside the US: on a correct path, but still attached to patriarchal values and internalized misogyny
