It’s a simple combination of raw immutable looks factors (height, face, sometimes race) and if they are relatively neurotypical.

I sort of wonder if there’s a psychological difference of sorts between women who prefer bigger/more filled out type of muscular guys vs the ones who prefer leaner or even borderline wiry guys after you control for age

Same for guys who prefer small but shapely as opposed to the bigger, yet thick curvy type of woman

I noticed often people on here will say “Who says looks don’t matter/aren’t important, people here say it is all the time”.

I’m like, yes, people here say it all the time, but if you step outside of this place then you’ll see tons of people who repeat the same useless advice thinking they know the secret cheat code to dating and it’s something dumb like “uughhh, have you tried showing and deodorant?!?”

Recently was browsing a post on unpopularopinion that was something like “Starting the gym for women is perfectly fine”. Half of the comments were about how women don’t even like muscles, lmao.

Recently browsing All and an incels post popped up, again half the comments were like “Just join a hobby club”, “have you been to Walmart?”, and my favourite of all “I know this 5 foot nothing dude with a smoking hot woman, height doesn’t matter”.

This subreddit keeps me sane.

On a more positive note. I had an amazing week. I visited a friend in his university city. I went out yesterday and had a great time. Although one girl wanted to tell me something, but didn't choose to do so, so now I am worried I did something bad. My friends are coming over tomorrow evening. And my studies are coming along. Oh, and I watched Andor. How did Disney allow that? The show is amazing and very anti fascist. Nemiks manifest is so well made.

How do you deal with being inferior?

This has been affecting me so much recently it's hard to cope. I've been going to therapy for it but it still affects me so much.

I'm that British Indian guy who made posts here before complaining about my race and how it holds me back. I've tried adopting a positive mindset to focus on what I can control, which has helped to some extent with getting into better shape in the gym and helping me deal with moments of depression when I break down crying.

My sense of inferiority spans all aspects of my life. I'm envious of all the people better than me who got into elite careers right after graduating uni because they went to elite universities. I know so many people from Oxford and Cambridge who got jobs at Google/Microsoft/elite law firms, elite finance firms etc who are all in elite careers that I'll never be able to get because I didn't work hard enough to get into a prestigious university. My self hatred and resentment has made me miserable and every day I'm filled with regret that I didn't work harder to end up in a better position. I look at all those who got elite internships and jobs who are in far better universities and I'll never be able to catch up to them.

That same feeling of not being good enough is prevalent in my self-image, which has been the theme of most of my previous posts. I hate the fact that I'm not a 6'4 handsome white chad. I hate the fact that I'm a 5'10 light brown inferior British Indian guy. I wish I was a handsome white man every fucking day. It gets so fucking draining to feel like this. Even though I'm decent looking I'm still unfortunately brown and that automatically gets me written off by women. Most women only want white men, especially non-white women many of whom openly admit they would never date a man of their own race and only go for white guys.

I see so many women that I just can't get BECAUSE I'm brown. You know the type. Pretty blonde white women who wear Adidas gazelles and crop tops and cute jewellery and are only with tall handsome white men. They smile around those white chads yet when they look at me they just have a blank expression because they see an inferior brown shitskin who is beneath them.

I've been channelling my anger into boxing and everytime I'm sparring I think about how being an inferior shitskin brown has held me back so much and it just gives me an extra boost and I've dropped a few people just with how aggressive I fight.

I don't blame women for their preferences - if I was a woman I would also only go for tall, handsome, white men. I totally get it. I've looked at the 6'4 white guy with brown fluffy hair and blue eyes and he's just better than me. As a 5'10 light brown shitskin Indian I just can't match up to him because of my genetics. So I don't blame women for choosing white chads - I'm just angry at myself for not being able to meet their preferences due to my racial limitations.

I'm angry at my parents, at god, at the universe, at myself, at life in general due to the unfortunate fact that I'm brown.

I'm frustrated at myself for not working harder to be in elite shape like mattdoesfitness, to have gone to a better university, to have an elite career because that was somewhat in my sphere of control, whereas I didnt choose my race - I didn't choose to be British Indian. I didn't choose to be a fucking brown subhuman.

I've stopped going to the gym over the last few weeks since I've been so miserable and have started drinking and smoking heavily, which has helped to take my mind off things. Every day I wake up and look in the mirror and I hate myself for being brown. I hope this doesn't become my suicide note but if I died in my sleep tonight at least I wouldn't have to wake up as a fucking inferior brown guy anymore.

They’re not the only thing that’s important.

If you haven’t leveled up your confidence, charisma and humor alongside your looks/money then you have no business giving up.

I know a disabled kid who (sometimes) pulls baddies. So I can’t relate to incels.
