On one hand, there is a huge amount of eye-rolling remarks in these online discourses about men's easiness. Men objectify women, they don't care for their personalities, they want sex only, yada yada. "Ew, men swipe right on so many women on apps indiscriminately, like all they care about is the female figure".

On the other hand, it is assumed that men have it better in the vetting department, and that goes without saying - you can consistently see this overt assumption if you get into this topic with women.

Women need to vet through so much shit (the implication is that men don't) so them getting so much more dating opportunities "doesn't count". Gender war 101. And there is a solid amount of goalpost moving here too - just the other day I saw a guy reply to a woman complaining like this that he made a fake female dating app account and the majority of guys he matched with were respectful and civilized in their conversations. He got downvoted and the reply was along the lines of "if you think only obvious assholes and dickpicks are the problem..."

So... Women hate the very quality which they then hold up against men? "Hold on, you are easy to satisfy, you shouldn't complain! I expect your one match in a month that actually turns into a conversation to be much more of a guarantee of satisfaction! You like boobs, no?"

Oh yea, I forgot that you all find me a penis-brained pervert which of course means that... I have it easy. Apparently. Cause sexy woman good. As the universe intended.

And then the mindless "men are driven, they should find a way" comments... "I like it when men let me know first they are into me, it's just my preference, teehee."

I think at this point we should all do our best to turn gay, honestly.
