There is a presumption that women don’t commit violent crime and so investigations often don’t even occur.

The most disgusting part is that the first death was kinda brushed aside. Had she not had another child die, she might have gotten away with the first murder.

After the second death, a criminal investigations started and her other two children (boy and girl) were removed from her custody for about 3 months. The murder of the third boy occurred when they were returned to her. So basically she committed murder while she was already the subject of a criminal child abuse investigation.

It seems like the system gave her way too much benefit of the doubt and really failed to prevent avoidable murder.

Same kind of story goes for the majority of, maybe all, male rapists, male murderers, male mass shooters (ect.). Let’s be real, those kinds of people doesn’t come from nowhere.

Everyone who harms others in extreme and/or degrading ways has definitely been subjected to some form of cruelty by a parent (or at least someone close who broke his/her trust severely) in such a way that scarred them beyond healing.

Take into account that most clinically diagnosed psychopaths does not rape, molest, murder or seriously harm people throughout their lives. They nevertheless have a complete lack of conscience and there’s definitely a likelihood for sadism, so they can’t really be trusted.

But even then, most aren’t seriously broken men that needed to be heard when they were horribly harmed by a lowlife degenerate - who very likely also went through similar traumas and lack of support as boy or a girl.

I know this is an unpopular opinion, but few people ever turn to themselves when condemning another and it seems hilarious to just echo ill behaviour in the perverted hope that somehow this will fix the issue. It’s so comfortable to lay back and wish the demise of “feminazism” or “patriarchy” and express away ill intent. I get it, it’s reddit, say it all, that’s the spirit. But I’m gonna ponder here publicly, for the computer or the nsa agent that may ever be interested for whatever motive.

I begin: terrible punishments do not yield justice but only promise the perverted satisfaction of banishing an artifact of evil in the terrifying prospect that evil cannot ever be fully converted into artifacts of benevolence. This is of course not a scientific ethos, which would seek truth regardless of evil, even within evil, to better serve good. And what is justice if not a scientific process? The examination of terrifying phenomena and the provision of resolutions to minimize such terror’s likely reoccurrence (restoring balance per say). True justice is not purely political.

Second: to encourage pleasure in punishment is only to rain upon the immense suffering wherein we are submerged while ignoring the storm that reigns above, ahead.

Alone, punishments only sacrifice the symptomatology of disease but do not examine the darkness from which such evil spawns. Maybe what we have to gain from shying away from our evils is only the precious time to address or ignore it’s existence even further.

Sure, lock away a problem you cannot understand. That does not make the problem go away. Neither does a death penalty, referring to this terrible woman. A society built upon the extenuated sufferings of many is cursed to exhibit the symptoms of those sufferings wherever they blast the the weakest seams of its individuals. I do think this woman is ill. I agree her suffering should be examined, but we should be ready to translate such lessons into action. Few of us are ready to undergo that self-analysis, the sacrifice of taking responsibility for social mayhem. Indeed, the moral claims we use to crucify our insane members signal the very same latent illness within ourselves even those symptoms are not expressed on us. We carry these illnesses as a species.

Therefore, unless we simply seek to perpetuate a utopic (imminently flawed and dystopic) vision of human nature, we cannot but address the causes of suffering. Many claim such perpetuation is unavoidable, but I disagree entirely and claim it is more anti-human than it is human to perpetuate a single narrative of world and life as truth. We already give up so readily and proclaim evil natural and permanent to justify and ignore the evil which we consciously propagate ourselves. It is a completely valence-free process which we skew with pathetic and pathological blindness. Justice should be blind.

Did yall miss the part where her 47yo step dad had sex with her when she was underage, while dating her mom, and having 4 kids with her? I mean I'm not condoning killing her kids, this is obviously awful and they deserve justice. But come on, this is hardly a men's rights issue. Yes, it’s fucking awful what happened to those children but it’s also super fucked up that her “husband” essentially groomed her as a child and impregnated her at 17, which means it was probably going on for awhile.
