It seems that women all over the web, report that men tend to only talk about themselves, especially on first dates. Women complain that men tend to monologue, but don't ask them any meaningful questions. Some women even wonder how a man can say that he enjoyed the date, and wants to see her again, when he knows nothing about her!

To quote the late, great, Dale Carnegie, author of the iconic book, "How to Win Friends and Influence People"......

“People are not interested in you. They are not interested in me. They are interested in themselves – morning, noon and after dinner. Talk to someone about themselves and they'll listen for hours. You can make more friends in two months by becoming interested in other people than you can in two years by trying to get other people interested in you.”

What do you think, ladies? Have you found that many men only want to talk about themselves on dates? Have you ever been turned off by an otherwise attractive man, who only saw you as an audience, an NPC in HIS life?
