It's because as people live life and endure some negative experiences, they become embittered and resentful, both men and women. And the internet is such an easy, convenient place to vent those frustrations. But it's difficult, for most people, to sympathize with someone so full of hate and bitterness.

Look at the TwoX and TRP subs. Once you get past your initial reaction of the hateful shit they say about your gender, you ultimately realize there are just a lot of people in the world who have had some terrible experiences with the opposite sex. And I say this as a man who used to be red-pilled as fuck.

I've always been a man who has been anxious-avoidantly attached due to trauma. In the past, this has only made me able to attract women who have similar, unhealthy attachment styles.

Recently, as I've been working on it, I've met a lot of women who have healthy attachment styles, and it has really opened my eyes to how sympathetic and generally kind most normal, healthy people are. When I've talked with them about my bitter, incel-ish past, and previous disdain for women in a mature, reflective way, a lot of them have been empathetic and communicative about validating my experience as someone who has incurred trauma.

It made me realize that mentally healthy people barely even notice the gender war, they see it as an unfortunate pit that traumatized, neglected souls end up falling into. It barely affects them because they can spot an afflicted individual a mile away, and choose not to emotionally invest in them, I've just been fortunate enough for a few of them to see some light in me.

It's a completely different world for well-adjusted people. They've inspired me to try my best to get over some of my resentments towards women. The 'war' is imperceptible to them because they just flock to each other naturally. Some of them are even kind enough to see the redeeming qualities in those of us who are trying to crawl our way out of the dark.

The question is really why is the gender way becoming so popular on more popular platforms for video?

Not only is there no battle of the sexes, there couldn't possibly be one, otherwise we wouldn't have survived as a species for hundreds of thousands of years. At most, we have a misunderstanding of the sexes. Remember folks, love and sex are a team sport. It's not something you do onto another person without their enthusiastic participation.

Idk I have no real complaints about dating. I never really rode the cock carousel and met genuine guys who liked me for me. Unfortunately they tended to suffer from serious psychiatric issues but that's neither here nor there. (No they weren't narcissists or whatever the buzzword of today is).

I dont really hate men that much or at all really. When relationships don't work out it's usually the result of someone's unaddressed issues in my opinion.

I'm trying to understand the incel culture online but idk I have trouble relating to them or drawing parallels from my irl experience. It is hard to imagine that level of isolation.

We live in a system where everything, at every significant milestone in human life is blatantly rigged in favor of females at the direct expense of men: family courts, criminal courts, education, workforce, healthcare, army, the constant societal humiliation and demonization of men etc.

And trying to call out that injustice only gets you labeled as an extremist and banned off all mainstream platforms, with this one being a perfect example

The genders have been arguing since forever dude...

It didn't really "change" much on Reddit until the pickup world and radical feminists clashed... Then Tumblr died, and the radfems came to Reddit, creating a ton of tension. But before that, it was mostly dudes so there wasn't much gender war. Just guys all kind of agreeing. But once the women came, dudes became white knights and virtue signaled, and then things reverted right back to stupid gender war shit.

The war is not necessarily artificial. There are competing arguments about the state of gender dynamics, and the ultimate veracity of them is by no means entirely subjective.

But the difficulty is really testing and proving what is happening on the ground makes things hard to resolve. Something is true; but it is hard to know with certainty, much less prove to those with a different take on what is going on.

Perhaps an even bigger difficulty is, even if you do ascertain all the basic facts, adding them up to get an idea of whether one gender or the other has an overall less fair time than the other. That is some complex math to do in a way that the results would be relatively indisputable.

I don't know. It depends from human to human, I've had some incredibly contentious arguments but at the same time (even in the same day actually) I've also had some really interesting ones where we disagreed but we're about to continue the discourse respectfully and it was actually really fun to banter back and forth. It was really intellectually stimulating.

Those or less common but make coming to chat here worth it.

So.... I wouldn't call it a war at all :) that encourages negative emotion that way.

Back in the day men and women never really hung out together socially.

Men hung out with men protecting the village, hunting, building etc

Women hung out with each other raising children and tending to the home.

Now that life is so much cushier we neednt be so separate anymore. But now that we're together we realize we prioritize different things and communicate differently. That's when the wars began

I think in the outside world you would never really notice it. Much of the gender war is being fought online. These things are difficult to spot in person.

The same goes for incels, red pillars and MGTOW. You would never know the person your sat next too on the bus on the bus or the train was one. A lot of this stuff is all very internal.

It’s been proved that there are “individuals” who push agendas of certain ideologies. When the other sub was banned, it was definitely because of those individuals. Ever noticed how something is posted, but there is always one or two who go waaaay overboard and say some extreme things? Ever noticed how some redpillers go all sensitive and block just because someone calls them out on something they blatantly lie about? Ever noticed how feminists can’t bear hearing that they don’t speak for all women? They are all exactly the same. But they just can’t see it. The world is never completely balanced. It’s always in flux and the pendulum will swing one way but will swing the other eventually. It is completely manufactured. Because we would be able to discuss to sort it out if it wasn’t. But most of the leaders on each side have an agenda and without this war, they are nobodies. And it’s very obvious that they don’t want it sorted out.
