Those more likely to be open will also be those that are more likely to be experienced of course. Not a guarantee though, and I've encountered some women with limited sexual histories that were rather open to different experiences. I think most will prefer a partner that is less experienced and more open to new experiences. The concern with women with many sexual partners is decision making.

You can be sexually adventurous, as a man or a woman, and still only want to have sex in monogamous LTRs. I think most reasonable people would be fine with a partner having a sexually adventurous past; as long as it was in LTRs. The bigger issue for people (more-so for men) is when a someone sleeps around like there's no tomorrow in their teens and 20s, and then turn around and lament about how hard it is to find a good relationship. It's especially irritating when they suddenly only want to settle down because of things like their biological clock kicking in, and then end up complaining about how their past shouldn't matter when they realize prospective partners don't want someone who was previously promiscuous. That isn't to say promiscuous people can't end up eventually finding a relationship because there are people who don't care about body count, but they are absolutely in the minority. So being sexually adventurous has no real correlation with being somebody who slept around, because you can absolutely explore all your interests in bed with single partners, just like how you can absolutely explore them with multiple partners. Again, no proof of correlation

Define experience.

If by experience you mean tried different positions, fetishes, etc, you can have one partner and do everything under the sun with them and you will be experienced.
