Guys say all the time that they can have sex with a girl and have it be truly, completely and utterly meaningless. Just “getting a nut” they say. They say that unlike women, sex for them doesn’t create any sort of bond or attachment; not seeing the girl ever again won’t bother them in the slightest. “Just sex” really does mean that.

I’m sure that my gender is showing here but I have a really hard time really believing that’s the case. I’m honestly inclined to believe that men who say that are just trying to look alpha to other guys (showing that they get sex soooo much that it’s like pissing). It just makes NO sense that you could be that deeply intimate with another person, physically literally connected, skin to skin sweat to sweat kissing and holding and squeezing and NOT be attached to them. The logic just does not add up. Not to even mention the fact that sex almost always ends in cuddling. You’re really able to do all of that with another person and see them as a “nut”?

Now I might be able to understand if it’s a one night stand. And that’s a very strong might. Like maybe you’re drunk and don’t even remember the girl’s hair color. But to do that intimate act MULTIPLE TIMES and not care for her in some way? Nah I’m not buying it.
