him saying "have some wine etc." reminded me of how this LVM asked me to take a 2 hour train trip at night 🚆🌙 to go to his place, 👉👌 and even had the AUDACITY to tell me to bring my own wine if I wanted to drink some! 🤡🍷

he claimed he didn't like wine, but I have an elephant brain 🐘🧠🧐 and remember distinctively how in the beginning, when he tried to romance me, after he learned that I love red wine, he fantasized about drinking wine with me and even sent me a pic of a fancy bottle!

So glad I found this sub. I used to be so assertive in all aspects of my life except my dating life. Guys would say this like this jerk and I was tip-topping around unsure how to say no. I would never go, I knew better, but I didn't want to look prudish. Now I just scream at the top of my lungs ''fuck off''. For example one day I was talking to a guy and he had the audacity to say he was driving to my place so we could '' HANG OUT'' I had never seen him may I add. The AUDACITY. He acted all cold when I told him ''No'' and unfollowed me. The nerve, I'm not a fan of entitled average looking white boys so I unfollowed him too. The take away here is : no one deserves free sex if you don't want to give it.

Lol my friend was like this. I went on a date once and the guy was terrible. Tried to make fun of my music taste the entire time (he thought his country jazz or whatever the fuck it was the pinnacle of music taste) then when we got to the bar it was pretty full and we found a spot and I was like “I’ll sit here and reserve it” and he was like “no, let’s go order first” and I was confused like ok... might lose this spot but whatever. We get to the bar and he orders a beer and I ordered a water. Just a water. The bartender asks “together or separate?” and before I can even open my mouth he says “separate”. Like, look, I wasn’t expecting much and I wasn’t the type to like taking advantage of someone’s kindness so I even extra tried to keep it low cost and he was too fucking cheap to even cover my water lol. At that point he could have been the hottest suavest richest guy in the world, any leftover attraction towards him dissipated jus like that. The date ended, we went our separate ways but he would not stop texting me over the next week. I was responding neutrally and then he asked if I wanted to go on another date. I didn’t respond and was telling my friend at work the story later and she was like ‘can I write something?’. I gave her my phone and she wrote “if I agree to another date will you be a good boy and pay to take me out to dinner?”. I was just laughing. He responded something along the lines of “yea if the dinner is ketamine”. Once again, didn’t expect much but leave it to this dude to take it to a whole new level of degeneracy. That was approximately around the time that I stopped caring.
