The three words you need to know to talk to the perpetually online women nowadays:

Gaslighting- If you disagree with me on anything, you're gaslighting me.
Abuse- If you ever say something mean, you're verbally abusing me. If you ever tell me NO about spending money, you're financially abusing me.
Narcissism- if you ever do anything that benefits yourself, you're a narcissist.

That is not gaslighting. For myself, I experienced gaslighting when my wife would question my mental state / perception of reality, to the point that it drove me to pay a neurologist $2K to determine that I did not have autism as she claimed I had. That's fucken gaslighting. Don't let her wield that word when its not warranted.

Hahaha I just told my girlfriend the other day women use those words and don’t even know what they mean. Now I use gaslighting every disagreement just to gaslight. I still don’t know what it means.

All of a sudden, if I disagreed with her I was gaslighting her. If I stood my ground, I was a narcissist.

With the knowledge I have now, I'd recommend any man beginningto hear these words that he start thinking about his exit plan.

That is not gaslighting. My wife says I'm always questioning her sometimes when I trying to understand her view on reality vs my own. Also, this is not gas lighting. Narcissist will say you are gaslighting when that what they are doing.

OP, I wish I could upvote this more. If you ever go look at the 2X subreddit, it's amazing. Women misuse 'gaslighting' to absurd extremes. Example: I've seen women claim "the whole world is gaslighting me". And, my favorite, "I'm gaslighting myself."

The word has lost all meaning. Like narcissist and incel. Now, they're just generic insults towards men.

From what I've seen...
gaslighting = disagreeable
incel = any man who's not a Soy Boy vegan Feminist
narcissist = asshole

I love when women announce their "victim status" that they were dating/married to a "narcissist". I like to ask, "Were they actually diagnosed by a mental health professional? Or did you just assume it's true after spending four minutes reading the Wikipedia page on narcissism?"

The reply, if any, is usually just, "Fuck you".

People use it to disarm and win arguments. Being accused of gaslighting makes you self-reflect. It's very disarming. Perhaps a maneuver a Narcissist might employ to bamboozle their supply. Especially if they are already questioning their reality which is likely.

Pretty much if your woman starts saying this too you, examine your behavior, determine if it is appropriate. If it is, tell her you are not gaslighting her and that you won't put up with being accused of it.

If she continues with it she's lost, no doubt deep in some Feminist Facebook group. Just cut her loose. It's not worth it.

They're all being overused which makes it hard for people to take you seriously when you bring them up. My STBXW is a toxic, narcissist who gaslights. All she does is turn it around on me when I used to call out her behavior. Kinda like people that use trauma, depression & PTSD when they don't know the true diagnosis. It's invalidating and rude
