Okay, so he wasn’t “ready” for her to spend the night but he still had sex with her? Mhm, sure.

Also, this is a great example of why you should never go to a man’s house on one of the first dates (preferably not until in a relationship, but some may disagree on this). It’s a cheap and lazy date where men almost always have the expectation that sex has to happen.

Edit: I happened to stumble across the original post. I read a comment where someone suggested that if he has to leave early in the morning, just tell her to lock up the house when she leaves. Some scrote responded “Giving someone your key after only three dates? Are you nuts??” Well, I could say the exact same thing about sleeping with a guy on the third date. Men really do not care about the consequences that come with sex for women (both protected and unprotected). In less severe situations, I could come down with an yeast infection. Worse case scenarios, I wind up pregnant or catch some untreatable STD but you’re concerned about someone stealing your PS5? Gtfo 🤡

This is a solid lesson in not having sex without emotional intimacy and demonstrated respect. And the whole "feelings are overwhelming for me boo hoo" thing means this guy probably isn't capable of creating that intimacy.

If he's anxious and emotions feel unsafe for him, it's actually would have been better for him to have waited for sex, too, and let mutual trust and intimacy and comfort develop. But of course what LVM is capable of that self-awareness? He just wanted sex.

Ladies, read the signs and hold true to what you want. LVM tell on themselves all the time. Let the trash take itself out.

Wow. Even in my most pickme days I always stayed the night and was given breakfast and either a lift or taxi money home. Never have I ever had sex and not stayed the night. Even at my worst I think I’d have laughed then gone to sleep.

In reality it probably went a lot like this: he was leading her by dangling the relationship carrot and saying he liked her, then after sex he sent her home in a rude way (like why would u do that after your first time having sex?) and then sent her another voice note saying the same stuff he said pre-sex to try and get her to sleep with him again.

Ill admit, Im on the opposite end of the scale. Just cause I have sex with a guy doesnt mean Im now feeling emotions for him and strung on him and need to fall asleep and wake up with him. I have my own bed to sleep in, and my own bath products to keep up with my evening / morning routine in my own home. I did my share of falling asleeop with make up, using my finger to brush my teeth, and shower with some guys 2 in 1 shampoo/ bath soap, and doing the "walk of shame" in my dress from the night before plenty enough times when I was young. Im over it.

And Ive noticed it freaks guys way out when Im like..okay, had a great time but I gotta go! Like, they expect now that theyve laid it down, Im going to want to devote even more of my time on them. Not to mention the expected or even the try for morning sex since....Im already there. Nah.

But to avoid all of this...instead of sleeping with a guy on the third date then being hurt because hes not treating you like a girlfriend, infinitely better to actually get to know a guy first, and make sure youre on the same page as far as being in a relationship *before* having sex. And I absolutely will bring my own overnight bag with me cause...Im not sacrificing my skin care for anyone.
