I hope you decided not to go. The only time I had a guy get really weird about asking for pictures before a date (after he'd already seen what I look like based on my dating profile), it turned out that he was the one catfishing me - in a very extreme way. The level of deception was masterful. I couldn't understand why he didn't believe my pictures were real. Sadly, I learned it was because his definitely were not.

Okay I’m going to preface this by saying this guy is a total dick and I’m not trying to pLaY dEviLs AdVoCaTe or anything, but before you go on a date that you met on OLD you should video call him at least once just to make sure he is who he says he is, and ultimately, for your own safety.
