So true. I at 25 almost dated a 38 year old man who suddenly wanted to settle down and have children (after being a huge player and sleeping with 50+ women). I rejected him. Now he has found a girlfriend 8 years younger than him, who he lives with and she is pregnant. And guess what!!! He was still trying to pursue me, and probably others. How horrible for the woman pregnant with HIS child. I can’t imagine.

Well said. Wish I could give you an award. I've been in two relationships with much older men. I know realise it was a red flag the second one, 42 to my 23 years old, had never been married. I'm childfree so didn't care that he didn't have children. This man didn't lose his virginity until his late 20s, to a much older married women. After that he flipped the script. Dated much younger women, took advantage of them and made us pay for his first girlfriend's mistakes. He will never grow up.

Extremely well said! These men never end up changing, or they end up marrying a poor, unsuspecting woman from a SEA country who they can financially manipulate and abuse.

Being 35+ and not having time for relationships because you’re focused on your “career” is NOT an excuse. How many men have you heard of being in pain carrying someone else’s child for 9 months? How many men have you heard of are expected to work a full time job, while juggling full time familial responsibilities? Nil.

The absolute least a man can do in his late 20s, early 30s is to try and invest in a relationship that has substance. All the other leg work is expected to be done by WOMEN.

Unfortunately, many women continue to fall for these geriatric playboy types who have the inflated confidence of George Clooney. These women continue to get cycled through and disposed of like the tissues these men use after jerking off to “young asian tight teen” videos on PH.

Leave these men for the streets where they belong.

Men are seriously deluded about their “market value” after 35🤣😂🤣 Even if they successfully “hook” a younger woman, it’s not optimal for their children or a long term relationship. I have a theory (haven’t looked into the data) that younger women with older spouses are more likely to cheat. As he is pushing 60, he will want to slow down and she will (hopefully) enjoy entering into mature womanhood.

These guys spent their adulthoods doing the exact opposite of bettering themselves. The things they practiced were lying, manipulation, selfishness, meanness, cheapness, and hurting the people they were supposed to love. Even if some of them think they will finally have a real relationship, I doubt they even can at this point. They have spent their whole adult lives normalizing mistreating their partners, and thinking of excuses for themselves. Young women, beware.

Even if he isn’t a player, (which is entirely possible in a 35+ y/o never married man, my husband of 10 yrs was one), he isn’t worth marrying IMO. Men don’t continue maturing. They just get silent and pretend. Then years later they’re angry you didn’t conform to their unspoken expectations. Which they still can’t speak. And they have developed zero skills in even being a roommate.

I wish I had known this several years ago. I dated a guy who I believed was 10 years older than me (I was 25 at the time).
