I went to HS with a girl who had an abusive asf bf. Like he threw a dumbbell at her in their apartment when they were engaged. She finally dumped his ass. They were around the same age (early 20s). She is now with a guy old enough to be her dad and gave him two sons. She always kept herself thin and is now plump and happy (by her FB photos).

I can’t stand when they put in their profile “keeps in shape” - translates to unrealistic Instagram model. I keep in shape, I work out and I play a sport. When I go to the dr and get blood work or other tests done, I’m in great health for a 30 something year old. But my BMI standards I’m a little overweight. I’m 5’ 10” and weight 185. I got a little extra cushion around my midsection but for all intents and purposes I’m “in shape” but I bet to this guy I’m fat.
