People are familiar with the step needed from each gender to eastablish a romantic relationship. For a long time , every gender knew his role and the effort required from each one with a huge favour for women over men through the first stages of the dating process.

It can basically be summarized as " Women being the adored by men who play the adorer role " or like what women love to say " for the relationship to work , the guy has to love the girl more " which I find completely illogical since women are seen as the emotional gender. And basically make every relationship fundamentally the same .

But sometimes you see some men and women bringing up how attractive men don't put any effort and still get love and attention from women , or examples of some men being the " prize " in the relationship .

So my question is :" Is there actually a kind of relationship where the woman is the adorer ? " and " what kind of guy get this treatment?" .

Cause even what we consider a healthy relationship seem more centred around women which isn't very healthy for men if you think about it .
