One of the things that turns me off about high n-count women is the hamstering and lack of self-awareness usually.

Most women can’t do NSA sex for long.

In my own experience, there has been 1 woman (out of ~10 or so) who I have slept with consistently for longer than a month who never ended up wanting an LTR.

All the other ones did. Out of those 10 or so girls I’ve only ever LTRed 2 the other 8 weren’t so happy.

Yep I know and you are spot on.

The problem for me personally is that (unlike yourself probably and other guys with dozens+ body count) I’m not so extroverted. I don’t like going out frequently and socializing etc.

So when I find a girl I like it’s in my best interest to keep her around as long as (ethically) possible. Also the sex gets much better compared to ONS and I appreciate some emotional connection.

Yes, when I was dating casually, I was definitely nonchalant about letting women go. I would say all of them were high quality (at least physically), so that wasn't really a major factor. I just had zero interest in a relationship at that time, so moving on was never a difficult decision.

As I got a little older, I went through a time period when I sort of regretted no pursuing a relationship with some of the girls I had just hooked up with. Some of them probably would have been great relationship options, but I wasn't open to a relationship with anyone at the time.

Is it just that easy to replace them from your POV or do you dislike the fallout if you string them along too long?

Maybe a little of both. It was always easy for me to meet women. Knowing that there are always good options available makes it easy to let go of a good option.

But it was also to avoid the drama. I had a couple experiences with girls freshman year of college who got mad when I didn't want anything more than sex. I hadn't mislead them, but we had just never talked about what we wanted before we hooked up. After that I started being really explicit when I just wanted casual, and that helped avoid drama.
