Hear me out before you come and jump down my throat, I used to feel the same way that most people on Reddit feel about that place, that it was a misogynistic shithole full of bitter and hateful men that were never going to go anywhere in life, and while I don't think the place is objectively misogynistic, there are plenty of those types they attract, but those people aren't looking to take The Red Pill seriously, they're just looking for an excuse to hate women, which isn't what the core of TRP is about.

I decided to actually start reading it a few months ago to get a better understanding of what it was about, and for the most part it's fairly harmless compared to all of the outrage you hear about it. Is all of the content said in a nice way? No. Is all of the advice good? Again, no. But for the most part it gives lonely men somewhere to go when they can form a brotherhood where other men will hold them accountable for their shortcomings and give them encouragement and support to ultimately begin their self improvement goals.

I feel The Red Pill is ultimately about being the best man to can possibly be, teaches men with no direction in life to become more productive than ever, teaches them to lift, teaches them to read more, teaches them the importance of mindfulness and meditation, and teaches them to cut all of the bad dopamine like social media, video games, Netflix etc. In favour of spending your time being more productive and trying to build up as much money as possible.

Does it teach people to hate women? I don't think it does, is it going to attract people who hate women? Sure, but that's the same with anything where it's going to attract people who hate a certain group. But the people who hate women who are pulled to TRP aren't serious about improving themselves, nor are they going to read any further than anything that gives them that justification that they're right. Most comments in TRP will tell the guys who say "All women are trash and fucking terrible" to fuck off if they say shit like that. Also since I've read more of TRP I've started to adopt more of their stuff in my day to day lives, has it made me hate women??? Not at all, in fact, TRP just made me love women even more honestly.

TLDR: The Red Pill isn't a hateful community nor does it teach people to hate, it simply guides people to become the man they want to be and puts a big importance of self improvement. While it is going to attract idiots that hate women, that's not a part of the core that TRP ultimately teaches
