Change your mindset from "get a girl" to "find a girl to do fun things with".

Figure out what you like to do that would be fun to share with someone- something awesome that you're passionate about and good at that you'd like to share with someone. If you don't have that thing, find it and get good at it.

Then, when you go out, approach it as looking for the right person to share that experience. You're basically searching and evaluating and interviewing girls to see who you'd like to take on the adventure with you. If they reject your approach, that's dodging a bullet because they wouldn't share that passion or enjoy themselves.

Firstly, stop calling yourself a loser. Stop calling yourself a virgin too, for that matter. See, “fake it until you make it” actually works. If you tell yourself that you’re a catch who is smooth with the ladies, you’ll eventually start to believe it.

You can have light conversations with them when meeting them or friendly conversation but if you want to really get to know them invite them out on a date "hey, we should grab a coffee sometime" or "You seem pretty cool, can I get your (insert number, IG or whatever)"

Alternatively you could jump on tinder but you will 100% need abs or delve into a part of you that you may not be, you will need to act like a player.

Another side note, don't let what people think of you affect you, be you. Also don't be afraid to ask random girls or girls that you know as friends what they find attractive in a guy and take notes.

Work on your speech confidence when talking with people about town and your friends. Have purpose in your words. Most people are more nervous than you are, especially girls, so maintaining a semi normal conversation for 45 seconds can be enough to attract them to you if you’re decent looking.

Just work on improving yourself man, especially your self esteem. Think about the people you like to interact with and emulate them. Just be open and social with everyone. Guys, girls, young and old. You need to interact with people regularly to be comfortable in your own skin.

Genuine compliments I like. See a random person wearing a shirt/shoes/hat whatever that you like or know about and say, "hey, I like your shirt man!" Just be open social with everyone. Women are just like men in a lot of ways. If you're having fun, people will be attracted to you both platonically and romantically. Just have fun, whatever that means for you.
