I have two sons. Once they started reaching the age where they got that “boy stink” going on, I, too, wondered how to tell them nicely.

Turns out you just have to be blunt. No amount of hinting or using euphemisms or being nice would get them to wash and put on deodorant. It wasn’t until I started saying things like “Jesus your stench could knock a buzzard off a shit wagon” or “your breath smells like you ate a shit sandwich” that they got it. Boys don’t work with hints.

So if this grown ass adult hasn’t learned how to wash himself by now then his parents failed him and she just needs to throw the whole man out.

I can understand how you may need to compromise some cleaning standards.. this girl is SO clean (even cleaner than I am, and I’m pretty damn clean).. but this guy is fucking disgusting! No (unwashed) dick is worth getting an infection for.

This is indicative of a societal problem though.. WHY ARE MEN NOT TAUGHT TO CLEAN?? My mom only has me help her clean the house. My brother sometimes does the dishes and takes out the trash weekly, but that’s it! My ex and I’s old roommate used to clean our shower with DISH SOAP. I literally had to tell him more than once to use a spray with bleach to clean it, but he still didn’t do it.

Cleanliness is so important to me, and most women, I’d argue. You 100% have to see their place and really judge their appearance cleanliness wise before really committing

However even in my darkest pick me hour, I've never been able to let actual hygiene slide. When I was 18 I dated a dude for 3 months who didn't brush his teeth and only used mouthwash. The bit about not washing hair for oils to reach an equilibrium is only true with certain people, not everyone can (or should!) do it. In fact, it's ok to try 1-3 times to see if it works for you. "Wash" hair to get rid of the daily dirt and build up, use a gentle conditioner, and then see if it works, because it can very well not. I personally have very oily hair, so I have to wash almost daily, the pros are that my hair is silky and shiny, but I use proper shampoos, conditioners, treatments that cater to my specific hair, and I brush and maintain it.

TL;DR: This dude is FULL OF SHIT about the hair bit, he's just a disgusting pig who doesn't wanna have proper hygiene habits.

I'm not even gonna touch the rest of the post because it just makes me gag.

Edit: When I said 1-3 times, it means 1 time = doing only water wash/no wash for 1-2 weeks. You can try 1-2 times again if you feel the need to, but by then you should be familiar with how your hair feels about any washing routine.
