In Australia you must identify yourself to police when requested at traffic stops. She also refused. If they're gonna arrest or ticket you they're gonna arrest or ticket you, carrying on will just make that arrest worst for you. Basically the same for cops world wide. Saying "I didn't do anything" over and over and not complying will not magically change their minds.
