I have the same diagnoses but work every day to fix myself and avoid as many people as possible until I can control my emotions and thoughts.

Although some terrible therapists/doctors caused more trauma in some sessions, the content given to me on paper was invaluable. To anyone else suffering from these diagnoses....there is a way out, you can control your own brain!

As someone who has gone through BPD, I know that this scrote is portraying us falsely in order to hurt us, because men love hurting women. I can also tell he is probably NPD, instead of BPD. People with BPD do NEVER talk like this, but narcissists do.
