I am really curious what point you're trying to get at with this question.

But I will humour it: I generally don't find nudity to be a bad thing. However, there are some things to keep in mind:

Space: While I don't generally find nudity to be a problem, I do respect that some places are designated as "places where specific types of clothing are required to be worn and where the intentional accentuation of primary sex organs (genitals) are not generally considered appropriate". Which would be relevant for that school one.
Hygiene: Primary sex organs (the penis, vulva, and rectum) are places of low hygiene. Even in nudist areas, we tend to cover these when we sit (by sitting on drop clothes) or around things that should be kept hygienic like food. Due to that, the coworker one would be of concern, if his pants do not keep his genitals and their fluids contained.
Intention: Presuming the school in context is one in which minors are present, this would generally not be a place that intentional accentuation of primary sex organs would be a good idea. The students should be focusing on tests, not testes.

In the above cases, I think it would be reasonable to just treat it the same way you treat "No shoes, No shirt" places. You ask them to change before coming in, simple as.

In all of these cases, I would excuse if it wasn't intentional (like if a dude gets a boner and you happen to see the bulge in his pants- that's just a part of life. Or if the dude happens to like somewhat tight pants without the intention of bringing attention to his junk, that's reasonable.)

As for the gym? A little ball hanging out of the pants ain't a problem. You don't go to the gym expecting a sanitary environment, after all.

And breasts are neither primary sex organs, nor constantly creating unhygienic body fluids. They are also much harder to naturally hide than genitals, and much easier to accidentally accentuate, given they are strapped to our chests, so I think it's unreasonable to compare clothes that accentuate them to clothes that accentuate genitals.

That would be inappropriate in most cases. It's a social norm that we do not show off our genitalia unless the context allows it.

I get that you want to talk about women's reveling clothes, but the standards is pretty much the same for both genders - we do not show our genitalia. We can show other body parts depending on the context, but showing penises or vaginas is prohibited. "Camel toe" thing is considered inappropriate.

I don't really have to look at him tbh so if I like the place and it isn't changing, just mind my business. The work example, go to HR. That's why they exist. Or, again, assume it's a bizarre mistake, tell another man so they can address it. If it isn't a bizarre mistake, refer back to HR. The school example, like, kind of like work, but PTA and Principle. If a student, loudly gossiping about how fucking ridiculous and gross he is where he can hear it and then telling your parents that your teacher is a creep.

And don't worry, lest you think this is some gotcha on woman for having breasts or asses, it isn't. Neither of those are genitals.

Depends on the situation. If it’s your employee, you probably have to have a discussion about dress code or something. If it’s your kid, have a discussion about appropriate dress for the situation. If it’s a rando on the street, do nothing.

I do not need to see any part of any genital of men or women (before you say it, no, chests are not genitals). That is entirely inappropriate. Form fitting clothes are also not appropriate to wear when teaching. For the first scenario a word with the head of department would be needed in the first instance, the others are liable to be classified as public indecency as you're showing your literal genitals.

Who are they showing them off for? Women don’t want to see strangers penises. They don’t evoke anything but ick and ridicule. they certainly wouldn’t be getting any heterosexual positive reinforcement.

I would assume that any men who did that were mentally ill and in need of intervention unless they were gay or bi and in a sex club or similar.

If this is some kind attempt at a “gotcha” I will point out that men go shirtless or wear stringy tank tops regularly which exposes far more of their breasts and nipples than women ever do. Breasts are not genitalia despite men ogling and sexualizing the means by which mammals feed their young.

I have a relaxed attitude towards nudity. I’m pretty sure the first two examples would go against any workplace’s dress code so I’d just sit back and let HR handle it. It’s cringe at worst. For the 3rd one I’m just imagining how short those shorts would have to be to show someone’s actually balls. That seems unsanitary at a place like a gym so I would keep my distance.

While living in a world where a large number of folks take issue to me having visible nipples, and I’m expected to go to great lengths and often great discomfort to something that isn’t even my genitals?Absolutely!

In a society where I am not going to be shamed for the outline of my nipple being visible under clothing and I’m allowed to show cleavage without immediately opening up myself to sexual harassment and being seen as less capable? Sure, as long as folks don’t take issue with camel toe either.
