STBXW looking for divorce like yesterday. 4 kids.

We live in a small scenic town on the periphery of a large city. We get a lot of tourists so there’s a decent bar scene. There’s a not insignificant amount of 50 something YO recently divorced women (mothers w children) in these bars from Thursday to Sunday.

I was talking to a friend today about my pending divorce, he brought up the situation above posing the question of what these women really want. He thinks their goal of wanting freedom is misguided.

He discussed a group we both know, they’re pretty attractive when dressed up and are getting railed by thirty year old Alphas who want nothing to do with them after they shoot their load.

A NY Trader friend of mines wife, (ex model) left him a couple of years back. She did this bar scene too. She’s now hooked up with the local lothario, a car sales guy she caught screwing another woman in their first 6 months. They’re still together while her ex the Trader concentrates on being a good father.

It’s a fucked up world.
