I was reading this article: http://nypost.com/2017/05/13/childish-men-are-to-blame-for-women-having-kids-late-in-life/ and it put forth an interesting phrase I hadn't heard before. That of "childish men". In this article which I have linked a few words ago, it discusses how women are putting off having babies as they feel that men are not ready for fatherhood. It also talks about how there is a growing gap between millennial men and women in terms of work performance.

What I want to ask though is if you think this is a real issue or not. Does it deserve attention or is this only a small number of men?

But if it does deserve to be looked at then what can be done to fix it? Are women going to have to adjust their dating standards? Will men grow up?
