I think I have truly lost interest in wanting a romantic relationship with a male. While yes, good men exist, they are very few in number, especially where I live. Dating men seems to be too much effort, you have to be on high alert so you don't get used, and the majority of men are just as misogynistic, if not more than the ones of the previous generation. They've just gotten better at hiding it.

Now I just want to work hard, make good money, buy a nice house, get a cat, grow a garden, make more time for my friends and family and travel the world. When I think about my future, this is what I see and it sounds peaceful to me.
