"Caring about women's orgasm is beta" This is a comment you will find many times in PUA forums because from time to time a question is posted. A man successful games a woman and sleeps with her. He posts about how he made her orgasm, etc etc and now she has ghosted him.

Similar thing happens with married men. Men say that they are very sexually generous with their wives, they make sure she orgasm everytime they have sex and despite that, their wives don't want to have as much sex.

Both makes faulty assumption that if they make a woman orgasm, she will want more sex with them. Which is something that women get a lot of blame for. Women have been harping about orgasm gap and despite what women say, men are actually listening and making wrong conclusions that are not good for anyone.

Caring about a woman's orgasm is beta because it puts man in the woman's frame. Which is NOT necessarily a bad thing, it can create other positive emotions. What it doesn't create is attraction and attraction is more important than orgasm. In some cases, being beta may even reduce attraction.

What this hysteria about "orgasm gap" has done is make men feel like if they are good partner, it's their duty to ensure that their wife has an orgasm. Which is caring and sweet but what it's not, is an alpha behaviour thus not attractive.

What makes it worse is that lack of attraction from beta behaviours make achieving orgasms more difficult.

Women after marriage encourage beta behaviours and when that eventually leads to drop in attraction, they force men to do more beta things like going on date nights, taking more mental load etc etc but nothing really works until man starts cheating and suddenly hysterical bonding.

So should men care about woman's orgasm. Sure. But it is beta behavior and it will not lead to attraction. It will just makes a man a good and caring partner. Lots of good caring men are in deadbedrooms.
