I see this A LOT on the dating subreddits where some guy writes in and says he had a first date with a woman who then rejects him when he texts her asking her out on a 2nd date.

Then he asks "How can I give off less friendly vibes?"

Then most guys start saying "bro you have to make moves! You have to kiss her and make out with her. Escalate."

I can absolutely promise you the last thing a woman wants who isn't attracted to you is for you to paw away at her on the first date. If she is physically attracted to you, you can be a polite gentleman giving a sideways hug goodbye and I can promise she'll still want a 2nd date.

Now if you get friend zoned after a few dates, then sure your behavior was probably a variable. But after the first date, she just didn't like the bone structure of your face was all.

tl'dr: You can't manufacture initial attraction. It's either there or not.
