I think I have extreme rejection sensitivity when it comes to dating. Getting rejected by women has always been this incredibly painful experience for me. Every time I get rejected, or get left on read by a girl, I feel this intense pain. Everything becomes gray and sad, my mood immediately drops, I feel this intense feeling of sadness, defeat, anger, it causes me to lose all self esteem for myself and to call myself ugly and unlovable, and I stop eating and sleeping as much, after I get rejected by a woman. I hate the feeling so much but it pretty much happens every single time I get rejected by a girl I am pursuing. It's also the reason why I coudn't handle Tinder (when I first signed up) because getting left on read by a girl I was talking to would always leave me feeling like shit.

It's also the reason why every time I get rejected by a girl I ask out, it takes at least 6 months for me to emotionally recover before I try again. My self-esteem becomes so bad, that I don't even bother with trying to ask a girl out, because I consider myself to be unlovable. But then ultimately, I eventually try again after 7-8 months because I see all these beautiful women at college and my hormones compel me to try and find someone, only to get rejected once again.

The last girl I asked out, which was back in October of 2021, we actually went out on a date. But after the "date" she took 24 hours to get back to me, and my rejection sensitivity symptoms started popping up. Long story short, she rejected me, after admitting she thought I was ugly, and then ghosted me. So yeah... that was the last time I ever asked a girl out because I can't take rejection very well and it pretty much fucks me up for months at a time.
