Would you raise them like you expect them to be elites or would you raise them like you expect them to like the average member of your community?

How would you raise your son if you expected them to be average in terms of their intelligence (95-110 IQ), social competence or conscientiousness? Would you put more effort to prevent from engaging in lower class behaviour (preventing porn/social media/drug/alcohol addiction) and making them as responsible for themselves as they can be (putting them in trades school instead of college, giving them an allowance if they complete their chores, making them supportive of their family)? Would you homeschool them?

Or would raise them like you expect them to be a member of the top 20% (ex: by sending them to private school, surrounding them by high status members of their community)? What would you do if they failed in their attempt to strive socially?
