First off, don't worry too much about height. I'm shorter than you and do fine. For some girls it matters, others not so much, so don't let it get to you. Also :

-Don't overdo it on the cologne

-Posture is important. Always stand up straight, shoulders back.

-Get a GOOD haircut. Go to a proper expensive-ish barbershop and get their recommendations

-Dress well to fit your personality and vibe. Don't always need a business casual look like in /r/malefashionadvice, my vibe is more T-shirt and jeans, so that's what I go with most of the time.

-Use your deep masculine voice

-Workout before meeting women. This will make you more relaxed and confident.

For the third part (workout). Women usually find very attractive abs biceps and chest. Abs are 95% worked on the kitchen (need small fat%) and 5% excercises (what you do seems fine), about biceps I highly suggest to buy some dumbbells (somewhere around 5-15 kg depending on your level) and do bicep curls, hammer curls and forearm excercises. Optimally for maximum growth you would want to do deadlifts bench press squats overhead presses and rows but these excercises require a barbell and more weights so it will be more expensive. If you buy barbells you can also target chest with them but you should be fine with the push-ups (you can also try some plyo push ups to activate fast twitching muscle fibers more). You target legs and chest already with pull-ups lunges and squats so you will be fine. If you but dumbbells you should also definitely train shoulders too.

However, even if I said all that, I don't know why you can't go to the gym but I highly recommend joining one.

Hey man, I grew up as a kid who was bullied a bunch in high school. In high school, girls would constantly say "ewwww" around me. From 14 until 18, I didn't work out at all. I was a fat pile of dog crap who smoked a pack a day and drank like a fish and only lost my virginity because for whatever reason this chick took pity on me drunk one night at a skateboard park when I was 16.

One shitty hungover winter morning, when I was 19 (after not even hugging a woman since I was 16), I looked myself in the mirror and asked myself "would you fuck yourself?" and I came to the conclusion I need to be more attractive. I quit smoking, started working out, started to wear clothes that fit me and I went from an ugly duckling to what everyone says now is handsome. I'm 6'2, bearded up, tatt'd up and jacked. It blew my confidence and ego through the roof which I think back now has run me into problems later on in life LOL.

In response to your questions:

Body Hair -- this will run you into some probs if you're hairy, women do like body hair but maintained and well groomed body hair and in the right spots. The chest is a big one but no back hair or shoulder hair -- would you like to fuck a chick with hairy armpits or with hairy shoulders? No! I'm a hairy motherfucker and I manscape once a month. I suggest manscaping and purchasing a body groomer for 60 bucks off Amazon. I trim my chest hair every other month and weed whack my back hair and shoulder hair every month. I tried waxing my back hair twice and I just can fucking do it, it sucks and I can't sleep on my back after. Just spend time manscaping.
Fuck your height, just be confident and less needy. Seriously, stop caring about your height, if you care soo much then just visualize every women you approach that you're a 7ft 2 guy with 12 inch dick that can act as a bazooka and can impregnate the world like Ghengis Khan. Who cares if you're Asian! Fuck them if they do!
If you're into calisthenics you can definitely still get jacked doing them. Don't rush through the reps, if you're doing pull-ups make them more slow and concentric. You can even do whats called "progressive overload" with the concentric portion. For example instead of trying to blaze out 10 reps of 3 sets try doing 8 reps of 4 sets but with a 5 second concentric on the way down and then do a 5th set of whats called an AMRAP. As many reps as possible. Superset those with 20 pushups. Take 1:30 to 2min rest inbetween sets. And if you want to get jacked, EAT MORE. I would suggest hitting a gym though, gyms are sick, women are in tight booty leggings or shorts and you can get jacked faster.

Also fuck cologne. Shit stinks, put on some moisturizer and deodorant and smell like yourself.

There are literally millions of women out there that would want to date you. That is true for most everyone as long as they can string two sentences together and have most of their body parts.

The trick is to find them.

For me, I finally realized that to most women, I'm just another guy. But to some women, I'm "amazing" "a unicorn" "dead sexy" etc. And some of the women that have said that about me, I find irresistibly attractive too.

Facing the same issue, nothing you can do physically lol. But then, my height never gave me any issue. Your body hair. Many women like a beastly hairy man, but there is a point where it's too much. It sounds to me like to feel like you are just too damn hairy. Buy some clippers, they run between $20-$40 dollars. Once every month or so, or when you notice it's getting out of control, give your entire body a trim. Just a trim, mind you, with one of the attachments.
There is nothing you can do about your race for crying out loud, and your height can be changed much either. You can buy shoes with thicker soles and they also sell inserts for shoes that might give you an extra inch or 2.
You can't really go to the gym? Stop making excuses and get to the fucking gym dude. Eat right and get on a push pull legs 6 day split and stop making excuses about being a fat lazy piece of shit.

I can maybe help you in one regard: Idk if you are doing split workouts, but you shouldn’t be working out every day. Leave your muscles some time to regenerate. If you are working out really hard, you probably are not even able to keep that rhythm (I am not and I am relatively to my size quite a bit lighter than you).

From some other comments I deducted, that you try to lose weight more than gain muscles. What you mostly should be doing is HIIT (high intensity interval training). I don’t know where you get your exercises from, but if you have no idea, check if Athlean X has a HIIT workout. He seems competent and trustworthy to me.

If you want to work out harder, dumbbells might be an option or for a more budget experience, get a Thera-Band.

Still, most importantly for losing weight and gaining muscles is what you eat. Proteins are always your friends, healthy fats too. You already cut sugar, so that’s amazing. I don’t want to speculate too much on your diet, but if you are eating a lot of (especially white) rice, you might want to cut a little there too. I know, it’s really hard tho, I couldn’t cut on grain. Luckily at least in this context, I‘m a hard gainer.

It looks like you are on a good way. It will probably take some time, until you see crazy results, but you should certainly feel better soon. Humans feel good, when they can thrive.

Don’t be too concerned about your height. Personally, I‘d want to stay away from people, who judge based on just one physical trait. I‘d consider this a win for all parties.

First of all, good job so far. If you really want to level up, here are a few pointers for what you indicated:

Get a trimmer to do that. They are not expensive and do the job for me. I also have a lot of body hair, especially in the chest. Every 3 weeks, or before any date that I feel it can go the distance, I take care of them. You can find them anywhere on any electronics expert shop.
I am also small (5'6-5'7) so I can see your point and I honestly, I still haven't really found any good tip for that. I do think that women prefer men with more height but it really is not a certain rule. As look as you are attractive and be yourself, there are still many women, even with more height than you that could find you attractive. I had a girl who was a bit above my height during this year that was interested in me but did not work out because of the distance. Don't look at it as something that is a dealbreaker from your side. If you don't show it, other people will see that you don't care at all.
I haven't gone to the gym for 2 months and a half now, as my schedules have turned a bit upside down lately. I highly recommend a gym, it has helped a lot on my self-esteem and upper body. Lower body is worked with soccer with friends and dancing as a hobby. However, I also have been practicing at home doing exactly what you do (and lifting small weights), so I would say that is enough. But try having other things you can do outside, like a team sport or simply running. Running is excellent cardio.

Another tip, be sure to eat well and healthy. You can have a "cheat day", it is always needed, but keep it at that. More vegetables (still working on that), more fruits, a more balanced diet. It does wonders to your system and well-being in general.

Know your brand - What kind of a hot guy do you aim to be? Me personally I'm tall, have good proportions and muscular, so I aim to be the tall athletic physically intimidating dude that would make panties wet so I put a lot of resource into building muscle, maintaining a fairly dominant posture and focus on athletic fashion. I don't have the face genetics to try and make myself look like the dreamy guy who makes women melt, or the cuteness to roll the trendy K-pop idol look. I don't have the smooth ravishing looks to roll the seductive look of someone like Tom Ellis or have the chill laid back surfer dude look.

Look at celebrity that has the same aesthetic vibe as you. This will take time to figure out and you will need to take lots of picture and videos to really get to know yourself aesthetically.

Unite your look and your personality - A person whose look and personality are congruent is just way more attractive than a person who is simply aesthetically pleasing. Embody your aesthetics. This can be a struggle internally since you may want to look like a cute k-pop boy, but look like a lumber jack. So you have to find a way to unite your personality and looks as a whole. Women really care about this because they are emotional creatures. They need to know who you are and why you are interesting.

He is not changing the morphology of his body. There are limits to your strategies. Some people need surgery. Get height and be at least 190lb at 5’11, or lower your expectations. It is not about race, it is about you not having a ridge, a strong brow, round face, deep voice etc. Fix that and get height surgery.

Ultimately, you need to get to the gym to truly get a good physique. Yeah, people can do body weight exercises and all that, but nothing replaces picking up heavy weight and pushing or pulling it.

Your weight doesn't seem super high, so I'm guessing you fall under the category of "skinny fat", especially if you're only doing bodyweight workouts.

To answer your question directly, you have essentially 2 options:

Cut while upping your BW workouts. Keep protein high to retain muscle mass and do the cut to burn body fat. You're looking to hit a ~250-500 cal deficit.
Start going to the gym and bulk like a beast. Take advantage of newb gains and put on as much muscle as possible in the first 6mo of training, before doing a cut (see #1). You're gonna get huge at first, deal with it. Fat looks like a lot less when there's bigass muscles underneath them. If you want nicely defined muscles, you need to build the muscle first, then cut. Body recomps are a thing, but are incredibly difficult to pull off so for the love of gainz, just take the hit and do a proper bulk to start. Trust me you'll get much better results than attempting a recomp. 500 cal surplus.

If you're not sure what I'm talking about re: deficit/surplus, go spend some time in the /r/Fitness wiki and learn how to count your calories and macros and why they matter.

You're 19, south asian, living with your mom. Probably not the easiest to controlling 100% of your diet (I'm guessing you're eating her food?), but start measuring out everything your mom uses when cooking to get an idea of the calorie/macro counts. In addition, her seeing you taking it so seriously might help you get a gym membership.

An alternative option is to join a fighting gym (boxing, MMA, Jiu Jitsu, TKD, etc). Learn to fight. You'll get in crazy good shape, plus you'll get a shit ton of confidence being able to walk into any room and know you can kick the asses of any dude in there.

In terms of height, I'm 5'7" and have only ever had problems if the girl is more than 3 or 4 inches taller than me. Just know that some girls wont talk to you because of your height, and others will talk to you regardless. Don't concern yourself with people who wont.

In terms of lifting, going to the gym is going to be the best option. But if you really really can't, see if you can invest in a weighted vest. That will add to your own body weight and allow you to progressively load more tension on your muscles -> muscle growth. Won't be crazy gains, but better than just bodyweight.

I’m 5’ 8” and have never, ever had a problem finding women. Most women are under 5’ 8” so honestly as long as you aren’t too upset about it, it doesn’t matter.

Man if I didn’t know better I’d think you were me 😂. The hair is just something we gotta deal with. Try using a trimmer to thin it out, Phillips Body trimmers are good.

You can’t do anything about the height physically but you can use clothing to make you appear taller. Using well fitted clothes/tailored clothes will easily make you look taller. Pair them with Chelsea boots or something similar and you’re on your way. The big thing about style is it’s personal. People can give you all the suggestions in the world but in the end you have to wear it and you have to be comfortable in it.

For exercise try picking up a sport along with your bodyweight exercise. Soccer, cricket, tennis, etc. something that’ll get you moving. Also add in weightlifting with dumbbells for a “cheap” way to begin building your body frame up.

The biggest thing though, confidence. All of these things won’t matter if you don’t have the confidence to use it. It isn’t easy to find the confidence but by starting with some of these things and the other things in the comments you’re gonna be on your way to becoming confident and seductive

Height: Well how old are you. If you are under 20 you can maximize your height by streching your spine. There are videos online. Pretty much in your teens the cartillage in your spine hasnt fully hardened yet, so there is still room for growth of that cartillage to enable growth in height.If you are over 20, you could maybe add half an inch by the same means, including having better posture.

Gym: calisthenics should be enough. Most girls like abs. Alot of girls like big chests, and alot of girls like big shoulders. Its about finding the right exercises really, and putting on some muscle in the areas you want to be the most attractive.so it doesnt have to be weights, but idk whether some exercises might be more beneficial when weights are included. Do some research.

I'm in a similar boat to you. I'm also South asian and hairy. I had insane amounts of back hair that I elected to get laser removed. It works and has had a huge effect on my confidence. I kept the arm hair and chest hair cause i'm a man. sometimes I trim the chest and torso with a 7mm guard.

As for height. I'm 5'11" and also feel insecure about it sometimes. I know super tall guys who are also insecure. And I know super short dudes who are the baddest, most confident motherfuckers i've met. We've gotta just stop caring.

Here is a great channel that has great ideas for working out without a gym. Watch a ton of his videos and get inspired. Animal movements and running are great too. First, trim or shave body hair. It's the hand you are dealt so do something with it. I would shave body hair, only a few people can pull off the lumberjack hairy look. Second, go to gym or invest in weight set. Be the best version of you and don't settle for mediocre. Lift weights and put on some muscle mass. Third, dress better and work on self improvement. By doing self improvement you will build self- confidence and not worry about your insecurities. Women love a catch, so become one.

If you can't go to the gym then do 10 mins of pushups, 10 mins pullups and 10 mins squats + 20-30 mins of hiit cardio with a jumprope or jogging outside. If you do that for a year + eat atleast 0.6 grams of protein per bodyweight and put yourself in a 500 calorie surplus your body will improve even without the gym.

Once you get a nice slim, muscular build then buy new clothes that fits and look stylish, style your hair and beard and put yourself out there as your looks will be good enough and it's just time to get the confidence and social skills up and play the numbers game.

i cannot advise on a lot of this stuff, but for exercise:

Make a consistent routine, in my case i would say 3 days a week, maybe Monday Wednesday Friday, do a full body workout routine (i will address this in a second), and on Tuesday Thursday Saturday, you can do some cardio (jogging, swimming, etc). Sunday can be a full rest day.

For an exercise routine, I recommend looking around for a routine without trying to make it by yourself. Muscleandstrength.com has some pretty good bodyweight routines that progress over an 8-12 week period which i like. you can also look at r/bodyweightfitness, which has the recommended routine which is pretty nice, and it has the exercises you can use to build up to pull-ups and other relatively hard exercises. If possible, calisthenics is an excellent thing to work on and will allow you to put on muscle mass. If you keep eating healthy and have a consistent workout routine, you will do great!

I worked the shit out of myself back then at the gym, i really had a very good physique, 6ft, good looking face etc, but i still couldnt get any girl, why? because i dont have charisma, i literally dont speak to girls, i get very anxious with them. Even when they approached me i was so fucking clueless about how to speak to them that it made it so awkward i made them think i already had a gf, so yeah, having a good physique definitely helps. But charisma is even more important.

A lot of cologne is actually disgusting to me. I prefer a man who wears daily deodorant and lets his own BO transpire. If you don't eat excessively spicy, and eat enough vegetables, you should smell okay. Too much cologne draws attention and if you're not THAT DUDE then maybe you wanna tune that down and attract women's attention differently.

Regarding #1: Some women are majorly into body hair. It's masculine. If it bothers you I suppose you could always just shave it, or even use something like Nair, but I think you should learn to embrace it!

Regarding #3: I'd recommend buying a pair of dumbbells to incorporate into your home workout.

I share many of the issues you have here (hairy and short) but I would ask you this. How do you behave? do you talk loudly and confidently? how do you feel about yourself? (besides the physical aspects)

Something I try to tell myself is that yes I am not the most attractive physically, I am not a model, I don't have a great body or anything but fuck im sexy. And feeling sexy is much more important than looking sexy. Think about it this way: How many good looking guys you see out there with a personality equivalent of a paper towel? A decent amount right? focus on your personality and you will stand out.

Embrace the hair. Especially on your chest, forearms, and lower body. You could get your shoulders/back shaved if it’s that bad and it’s othering you. Shave your pubes.
There’s nothing you can do about your height and race. Might as well just embrace those too. Awesome you’re proud of your race? Self conscious about your height? Get fucking jacked. This leads me to 3
you can still build muscle by doing body weight exercises. More importantly, what’s your diet look like? You say you eat healthy, but what are you eating. Are you getting enough protein to adequately promote muscle growth? Aim for AT LEAST 1 g of protein for every lb you weigh. Make sure you get your veggies in as well. Calculate your TDEE, count your calories, and hit your macros. I’m order to to gain weight (and build muscle) you’ll need to eat more calories than your burn in a day.
work on your self confidence. Hitting the gym and getting my diet in check really improved this aspect for me. Talk to everyone, guys, girls, cashiers, old people, EVERYONE. Being able to have a conversation with anybody without feeling nervous or anxious will also help your confidence. And help speaking with women

ok i can help. search up more calisthenics movements, go for harder movements. get a set of elevated bars to start doing harder body weight movements. working out at home can be just as effective if you know how to do it

If you don't like your body hair, then shave. Easy. If you don't want to do the upkeep, then own it. Nothing beats confidence in terms of attraction.

Your height? Fuck that lmfao. Don't even sweat it. 5'7 Is considered short, yes. But real world experiences I personally have never had an issue with it. I make short jokes, just to hear girls retort "You're not even that short", again. OWN IT. Height is one of those things where people have their preferences and claim they won't settle for less, but they will. Like, I like girls that are coke bottle bodied with big boobs and butt,. will I settle for less? Yup.

So long as you take care of yourself for health reasons, don't stress about muscle mass. Again, people admire and seek V tapered lean muscle, but will settle for less, or maybe they don't even like it.

All in all, take care of yourself for yourself, not to keep up with a physical appearance you think people want. Moisturize, use some good soaps, manscape, use a DAB of cologne, and look good just because it makes you FEEL good, not to flaunt an idea you think people want. The only thing you should ever think about fixing if you start considering outward appearances is your mentality. Love yourself, take care of yourself, do what you want, and you'll be right as rain brother. Best of luck.
