I’m talking about masculinity in all senses. Physical masculinity? (Being big, tall, big jaw, deep voice?). Behavioral masculinity? Being “alpha”, ambitious, assertive, dominant, provider, protector …etc

I’m convinced it’s not that important, besides certain behavioral traits (being a leader and somewhat dominant, not even ambitious). I’ve become convinced of this by actually talking to women and having female friends and asking them about the guys they like and their dating history

The type of women I would go for at least tend to go for a guy who has more of the “pretty boy” look than a manly one. They don’t care if a guy is muscular as long as he’s not fat. They don’t care about height that much. They definitely do care about face and race, and the facial features they like are more in line with TikTok pretty boy than some masculine Henry cavil looking dude.

As far as behavioral traits, I know many girls in their early-mid 20s dating guys who make less than them, who they complain are unambitious and not providers. The only stereotypical masculine traits that seem to care about are dominance and confidence. The type of man who can walk into a room and command it.

I don’t think “masculinity” is important to women at all based on real life observation
