Let’s go nuts.

1. A person who has had more casual sex is statistically more likely to continue seeking out that behavior after “settling” down. There are exceptions, but this only makes logical sense. People don’t easily change over time. Their choices ARE them, even if in the past. Divorce rate and n-count have been correlated in numerous studies (the validly of which I have not verified).

2. Creative people have active imaginations and OCD is common in intelligent people. Combine the two and images of your partner being intimate with someone else can be a feeling similar to being cheated on daily. This is not necessarily a personality defect.

In terms of selected traits, you’re more likely to be here if your father was more selective of low n-count. This was beneficial enough to become an instinct. Lions kill foreign cubs, dogs will continue trying to have sex if there is competition that has already succeed. The strength of the sex drive itself might be linked to this. If you’re not selective with your partner, you risk not propagating your genetics.

4. Sex is a much larger risk for women in terms of pregnancy and disease. Men are 9x less likely to contract HIV for example. Casual sex can be viewed as a lack of judgment and self-control. Many times this points to alcohol and substance abuse since you’re more likely to engage in these acts under the influence.

5. The field of epigenetic is just beginning to be understood, much less so in humans. Research on flies shows that contact with sperm in juvenile flies passes on those traits even after conception by the genetic father. This was tested by mating not yet fertile females with larger flies, then mating them with smaller flies. The offspring were larger. This is unsettling, and hopefully doesn’t apply to humans. But it might. Male Y-chromosomes are found floating in the female bloodstream with origins unknown. The only link determined so far is being pregnant with a male fetus. X-chromosomes are likely doing the same, but have not been filtered from the mother by experiments yet. Sex is the key to existence as a human, for better or worse. Millions of years of evolution can devise some nasty tricks to pass on traits. We do not know or understand them all.

6. Sex is important, point blank. We have technology to hide this fact physically, but mentally it still applies. If you disconnect sex from the security of relationships, you’re more likely to be a sociopath or a hedonist. You can treat is as a fun activity, but 100 years ago you would have been pregnant with children. This doesn’t portend well to your ancestors having been the most fit, just the first. If/when the world begins to collapse, and our technology (condoms, medical facilities, etc..) is no longer produced due to extreme circumstances, your future extended family will be less likely to pass on their genes if they all inherit these less restrictive selection personalities. You might be sacrificing your future parentage for today’s fun. This may or may not matter to you, and maybe the world stops spinning when you’re dead, who knows..

7. Exclusive relationships are a mild form of possession at their core. A natural extension of that is n-count and retroactive jealousy. This is a natural human response.

It’s ok to have preferences. You can’t shame someone into accepting your past, not genuinely anyway. It’s ok to want to be the best someone has ever had and vice versa. This is not a relic of insecurity, just statistics. Meth addicts commonly state that the things they used to do on meth give them no joy any longer. Your exposure to experiences doesn’t necessarily make you more complete, but could make your emotions muted.

Men don’t necessarily walk around worrying about passing on their genes on the forefront of their thoughts. It is, however, an evolved feature. Call it selfish if you will, but wanting a small piece of what made you and your relationship special to continue on after you die is a beautiful thought. There is value in certainty.

A common theme I see (from a guy's perspective) is that girls often rack up high n-counts in an initial hope filled attempt to find a partner. A lot of time they will be quick to give a guy sex in hopes that he will then be interested in her to date. When the guy says he's not interested in a relationship after she gives him sex, she now has to start over and try again with someone new. So, the cycle repeats over and over.

Now because they've already slept with some people trying to find someone, they are less apprehensive about the prospect of a ONS, and may even have a few of those while drunk at some parties (adding a couple more to the n-count).

At some point they also learn that some of these guys they've previously hooked up with will usually be Down to F (DTF) with a simple "u up?" text or a sexy selfie. Now when they are horny, they have some guys (i.e. FWB) they can simply contact to get laid. Some of these FWB will remain in the picture for years. My girlfriend's past is very similar, and I actually think it is a quite common one for many women. It's no stretch that they may have racked up 15 or more partners by the time they leave college without even trying that hard.

Later down the road (after college and some years of dating after that) a lot of these girls will decide enough is enough and they are going to be more selective in choosing a partner, and that they are going to settle down with someone. Many of these girls will then refer to those former promiscuous years as their "hoe phase" (my gf does). This is typically where a long-term partner eventually comes into the picture. What effect will this previous hoe phase have on the final long-term relationship (LTR) if any?

By now the girl is most likely confident in her sexuality and what she likes and doesn't like during sex. Often, she is not afraid to quickly communicate this with new partners. This is undoubtably due to having lots of experience with lots of different people. This could be viewed as a plus for the LTR guy at the end. He is getting a girl who has lots of things in her bag of tricks, has already tried everything, and is confident taking charge.
There are certain things, like BJ's for instance, which many other guys (even random ones) in the past got readily and were handed out like candy, that the final LTR partner will not. For example, it's safe to assume with a n-count of 15+, the amount of head she's given out over the years is pretty high. Now the LTR guy will rarely be offered it because well, basically it's something she is sick of doing and has already done so many times. LTR guy may find this applies to other things as well (e.g. frequency of sex). The effort to please those partners of the past could very well have been higher than with the last LTR guy she settles with. Some of this will be due to the fact that these guys experienced her at a time where her sexual activity and exploration was peaked. The excitement around it has since naturally trailed off after doing these things repeated times with many different people.
The final LTR guy is never going to be the best looking, have the biggest penis, be the most muscular, etc., that she has had. There are definitely one or two guys in that past who absolutely knocked her socks off in bed and she thinks back to this experience from time to time. This has zero to do with how happy she is with the LTR guy, it's just that a couple of these guys were absolutely studs in bed and she's never going to forget that experience. The LTR guy makes up for it in other areas (stability, kindness, etc.), but he will never be the top in every one of those categories.
Some of the guys she has been with will remain orbiters well into the LTR. They will check-in with her from time to time and will look for any opportunity to be that FWB just one more time. Most of the time they will engage in friendly chatter and exchange reels, snaps, etc. Nothing inappropriate, they just want to keep her interested and still be a friend to her (minus the benefits part). But you can be assured that at any moment she indicates she is DTF, this former FWB will be there in a heartbeat. There is zero that the LTR guy can do in this situation but trust that the girl will keep these orbiters at bay.
Having been with so many different men, she now has a very good indication of all of the qualities she values in a man. She quickly is able to recognize men who are for real and exhibit all of the best qualities across all of her previous partners. This one is a net plus for the LTR guy. She is choosing him because while he isn't the top of the list at everything compared to her previous partners (see #3), he exhibits many good qualities taken from many different partners over the years. LTR guy can probably feel good about this one.
Many of these girls over the years have learned to separate emotional connection from physical pleasure. This is done to minimize the amount of pain they feel when they sleep with a guy and he doesn't pursue a relationship with them (which happened many times before). It could be argued that it is easier for someone to cheat who has a learned ability to sleep with people strictly for physical satisfaction and nothing else. LTR guy won't know if this is the case until it is too late.
Sometimes in addition to trying to find someone, multiple past partners were racked up by a need for attention and validation from men. This leads to attention seeking behavior to try and obtain this. Many girls recognize that this was a problem and are eagar to change this behavior later on by settling down. The question is will validation from a single individual (LTR guy) be enough, or will there always be an underlying need to obtain approval and validation from multiple men? Again, neither the girl or LTR guy knows if they have really changed their behavior until time proves so.

I don't want to date a women who has a casual attitude towards sex and has had casual sex in the past. Of course there is more to my criteria than that but I find it annoying that women here assume that n count is the only criteria we have for women. I don't understand why they are upset that we don't want to date women who participated in casual sex with. I get it some men can be obnoxious about it but the men I met here don't seem to be that obnoxious at least some of them. In that case why not make fun of their obnoxious behavior rather than their criteria.

Women's arguments for promiscuity is to slam men who care about bodycount. It's all just ad hominem. There is no "debate" here, most men don't want to wife up "the whore". Sure some guys may have a different number in mind but what is constant among basically all men is they don't want the woman who is considered "the whore".

A lot of men project onto virgins and assume they're that way because of modesty or wholesomeness. Barring the religious ones(non-existant), the rest would instantly lose their virginity if the guy they wanted showed interest. Thats the difference between a slut and a low n woman; one casually sleeps with their type while the other can't get them so they stay reserved.

It's a lot less cucked to date a woman open about her past of 20 frat bros than one who larps about 'waiting for the one' while simultaneously desiring the sorts of men stacy ran through. The latter is despicable to me.

Blue pillers call out men who care about n-count for being insecure and sometimes hypocrites. But why don't blue pillers call out women when they have insecure or hypocritical preferences? Many women for example demand assertive men who pay for dates, despite never approaching men or funding first dates themselves. That is hypocritical, but blue pillers ignore it. And many women claim tall men make them feel safe; not feeling safe on your own and needing a partner of a certain size to achieve that comfort is the definition of insecure. Yet blue pillers are dead silent there too.

Blue pillers have nothing to say about any of this, while they do not shut up with the bitching and shaming towards men who care about n-count. In fact they're liable to insult and berate you if you criticize these women's preferences. The cognitive dissonance is unreal.

Not exactly about N count, but it's a pet peeve of mine that in English we typically say a guy/gal "loses" their virginity or their partner "takes" their virginity.

It kinda goes with how I don't like how common it is to say women "give" men sex, even when in the context of a relationship where the woman is the one constantly initiating and requesting it.

Okay here’s the take that will prove my purple pilled flair….

Just because I have a preference doesn’t automatically mean I think all women should weasel and fit that preference. For example, I personally don’t prefer women I date to have an n count over 3, but that doesn’t mean I condemn all women from fitting that standard. Similarly, if I prefer the woman I’m dating not to have body hair, I’m not going to judge random women for having body hair and not suiting my specific preferences. Because humans don’t need to cater to my every desire. Im a grown adult, I really don’t care.

So no, it’s not hypocritical for me to romantically prefer women who have lower n counts while having a higher n count myself.

Why does it seem like som many cis women get "the ick" if they ever find out a guy has slept with a trans person? I had a friend group that I broke away from because a girl there went ballistic over finding out that her bf had slept with trans people before her. This woman had literally talked about only insecure people and incels care about n count, yet she then cared about it greatly all of a sudden.
