I left r/feminism, because I posted a comment on this picture (https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/297382_2030032470058_1221480164_31816275_612889605_n.jpg) saying that it implied men don't get raped. I was saying that they do, and we need to recognize this. It's unjust. I lurked on here a bit and I realize this post isn't wanted, but if a few of you could read it, it would mean the world to me. I am a feminist because I want equal rights for both genders. I recognize that both sexes are discriminated against in certain issues, but I feel like until men activists and women activists stop fighting, we won't achieve anything.

Basically, what I'm saying is, don't let r/feminism warp your view of us. Real feminists want to help men in the areas that they are oppressed and women in the areas that they are.

I think it's wonderful you feel so passionate about equal rights, but there are feminists who want the same things. Don't shrug us off, Let us help you!
