The twist he's putting on this is so fucking stupid because while I dont approve of sex work, it is EXTREMELY rare for adult female sex workers to specifically target underage boys in this manner. While porn addiction is a huge problem amongst underage males, it's really unfair to act like women are taking advantage of their poor little minds for profit. No, they're putting content out there intended for adult men and teenagers are seeking it out.

This is a shitty situation all around as sex workers are degraded and often face a multitude of different types of abuse, but of course all that is ignored and now suddenly the narrative is that the women are the villains and the men/boys are the victims.

I naturally have a lot of empathy for people, but nothing kills my empathy faster than seeing women blamed for bullshit like this.

While I’m glad that this conversation is finally happening among young men I find it quite upsetting that they are blaming only the sex workers. They are not seen as victims as well. Young girls and women are being pushed into the porn industry aka prostitution are going through more than “brain damaging effects ” I wish I can add extra flairs like male depravity or lies men tell. The real issue is lack of supervision. Parents neglecting their children, especially on the internet. They say you’re only ever a few clicks away from porn at any given time and they’re right. I was exposed to pornography way too young because I had unsupervised access at the age of 8. Eight years old. Parents will say they put parental locks on or check search history as if kids being raised on tech doesn’t put them at an advantage. I’m still the IT person for my parents.
