A girl who describes herself as a boss babe is usually one who is a narcissist, has an attitude and is a control freak, wanted to get her way all the time. And no, I didn't find their attitude attractive at all, all they want to do is create drama out of nothing. I don't think there is any real man in the world who is "intimidated" by such women, men just want peace of mind. You know what they say: make their dick hard, not their lives. All the time in my former line of work. Attraction was moot, because I don't date within my profession. If I had to look at it without that lens, I'd say that the women I prefer are the opposite.

Met a few of them on dates and elsewhere in professional life. It’s great that they label themselves like this as it makes it easier to avoid them.

I don't need some boss in my personal life (especially an insecure one who feels the need to proclaim and cultivate this identity). I don't know how should it be called - a variant of sapiosexuality, or charactersexuality or else, but bossy attitude from a woman instantly kills the attraction and elicits fight-or-flight response in me. And I don't want women to attenuate their assertiveness to lure me in, I actually want to know and to give them a wide berth, characters rarely change.

Aggressive, domineering and insufferable. Most need to be right at all times, and will argue the most minuscule points to stroke her ego.

I’ve had a few of the boss chick types approach me in an attempt to form a “power couple,” but after watching their interactions with other people, I was wholly uninterested. I’d want peace, and not someone that has to prove a point at every turn.

Interestingly enough, most of the true CEO/COO/CFOs that I know personally, are kind,caring and personable. They aren’t pushovers by any means, but they aren’t unpleasant to be around either.

I was okay with her being a boss in her profession and taking the lead but she was so bragging and annoying on a personal level that I threw her out of my apartment and never talked to her again. For me it's pretty simple..women who are overly concerned with reputation are likely to cave in to what other people say to maintain their position of power within the group structure. So called Boss babes I've met are actually usually the lowest risk takers when it comes to putting themselves in harm's way. Their primary way of securing power is usually being hot, and trying to find ways to destroy those who threaten them usually via reputation.

So for me it is intimidation because they have a proclivity to turn on and betray anyone who rubs them the wrong way. I don't know the point of dealing with a person like that. They also can't take criticism well, so they tend to abuse the other in personal relationships and see them as inferior.

Boss babe sounds like some newfangled bullshit to me. No clue what personality traits to expect, but I suspect a bunch of undesirable traits off the bat.

Never came across anyone who has identified this way. Maybe it’s a maturity or a confidence thing.

I’m not really intimidated by any woman I’ve ever dated or seen on a dating app.

For the stuff that counts, like personal integrity, I am confident in mine. For stuff like raw attraction, I don’t find myself intimidated. I’m more entertained when some women far hotter than my “league” goes on a date with me. So far, about 75% of those women showed their crazy card within the first 10 minutes. The other woman was perhaps my most memorable fling. Not sure why people feel intimidated by the notion of meeting someone. We’re all human. Some of us have achieved more than others. All of us are flawed. And if we’re dating, all of us are flawed enough that nobody has wanted to claim us for the long run.

In face of better alternatives, I prefer not to deal with said women.
