In the case of a hookup or dating someone new, for me it's absolutely "you're so fucking hot". I've loved that one every time I've heard it. I know it's really simple, but it turns me on knowing that she really wants me.

The other hot one in the bedroom is "you can do whatever you want with me". Again, it's just hot and really primal.

I'm a simple man turned on by simple things.

In the case of a relationship, I think it would be much more dependent on circumstances. I think compliments that highlight why I'm special or "the one". Something like that, but depends on the setting.
