When I mean early, I don't mean being a teen parent obviously. But aiming to have kids in your 20s is a reasonable age.

I find it interesting that some people will rant about how old sperm increases the chances of autism, (btw the difference is 1.5 to 1.58, so not very statistically significant) while at the same breath they will tell you that women can have kids at 38 easily.

Firstly, it's not true that all women can have kids over 35 easily. Secondly, unless the woman in question dates a younger man which is unlikely, the father will also be over 35, so his sperm will be "old". Therefore, what's the point of telling men they have limited time if you're going to choose old sperm anyway?

Clearly, the solution to be as safe as possible from a medical standpoint is to have kids when both parents are mid to late 20s.

Obviously, I am not judging anyone. But I have noticed that having kids before 30 is considered "too young" nowadays. I literally know a woman who had kids at 25 and people acted like she was a baby. Young people are too infantilized.

There are many benefits to having kids early:

1) You'll be a young grandparent too.

2) You'll still be there for your child even if they're in their 40s and 50s.

3) You have more energy and can relate to your kid more.

4) Fewer chances of autism and other disorders.

5) Most kids will tell you that they love having young parents. I haven't met any kid who'll say "you know I am glad my parents are old"
