It's something of a shit test. When ordinary guys watch porn, it's icky because they're probably doing it as a coping mechanism for not getting laid. Eeeew. I think, you're assuming most women aren't turned off by porn style sex (ESPECIALLY as a starting point/ entry level) and don't sense this sort of thing well before the sex even happens and during the sex. (Especially the kind of women who have self-respect and would fall under the "good woman" category).

Speaking for myself, I've always been good at sniffing out "his idea of sex is porn" and avoiding those dudes without ever having to fuck them, and in most cases even make physical contact. It's that huge an ick, I wouldn't let them in bed and the moment I got the sense that was the direction they thought in, I ran the other way including literally getting out of bed and refusing to continue forward with anything.

I think a lot of men who are struggling with women and have 0 experience would probably be well served by at least entertaining the idea that their porn habits are eeking out in ways they aren't aware of, but that women are picking up.
